    I spoke to Carolyn at Momease the following week after we took the Baby Basics class that my husband and I attended on May 14, 2022. I informed her that we were disappointed in the instructor we had that day because of some conflicting information regarding cesarean procedures and infant immunizations. Carolyn state md she trained the instructor who taught the class on 5/14/2022 and informed us she would contact the other participants in the class that day to get their opinion also. Carolyn informed me because of my dissatisfaction with the class she would refund my payment of $75 for the Baby Basics class and that since I also paid $75 for a Baby CPR class, she would refund that payment as well, which was also $75. On 6/4/2022, Carolyn called and emailed me that she attempted to refund the money totally $150 back to my card but was unsuccessful. Carolyn quoted the last (4) digits of my card number and I informed her I no longer had that card because of previous fraudulent activity and so I was issued a new card, but my bank ****** stated that a refund can be made to my bank account because that was still the same. Carolyn stated she would try again and texted me a screenshot of a message stating a refund attempt was unsuccessful. She also informed me on the same call on 6/4/2022 that she would either have to write me a check for the refund amount previously stated or for me to request the refund amount, totaling $150 via ******. On 6/6/2022, Carolyn sent me an email asking me if she can get back to me Wednesday, 6/8/2022 to resolve the issue. I responded to her email yes. As of 6/14/2022 I have not heard anything from Carolyn A******** at Momease. I called her and left a voicemail, emailed her, and sent the ****** requesting refund of $150 on 6/14/2022. On the voicemail I informed her I will be giving birth on 6/21/22 and I will not be able to continue going back and forth with this issue. I just want my refund as promised.
