      I have spent two weeks trying to reach someone...anyone...to follow up on a request for records for disability eligibility determination. I have about 10 hours logged so far...all on hold. No one ever picks up. I emailed about it and was given a code to use to look up the status. When I entered the code I got an error screen. I have been emailing about that issue for 5 days with no response. Considering the importance of records, this company should be shut down! No one should have to struggle like this.

      This company never answers request, never picks up the phone. At one point I opened an investigation through the hospital system to receive records. Highly unprofessional when at most times lack of documentation gets in the way of insurance covering medications, procedures, and life saving care. Shame shame shame!

      Charged triple the actual cost of medical records requested and then failed to provided access code to download the requested records - attempted to reach by email and phone ( no one answered their customer support line - what a joke) to correct their bill went unanswered.

      I am a 77 year old Cancer patient that is trying to obtain my billing records from Verisma on behalf of Gilbert Mercy Hospital for a hospitalization stay in April 2022 so I can get reimbursement from my Cancer Carrier Insurance Policy - I sent the Request for Access to Billing Records to Verisma and requested they email them to me per the instructions provided by Mercy Gilbert Hospital. I requested the records again on 6/29/92 - I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BILLING RECORDS after 3 requests! I bought a cancer policy and cannot use it because this billing company has failed to comply or respond.

      I was in a car accident in April 2022 (hit from behind). I required emergency care in the ER. In order to move my insurance claim forward Verisma was tasked by the hospital with preparing my itemized bills and sending the documents to Travelers Claim Center. They have had my case for almost two months. Incredibly I was able to get a rep on the phone (they basically don't answer the phone at Verisma) who indicated that my itemized bills were "in process" and that there was "only one doc left to collect" -- that was a month ago, and still they have not sent the documents. Meanwhile the bills from the Hospital and the doctors and other ER specialists are pilling up at my house, and Travelers Claim Center refuses to cover these bills ($10,000) until they receive the itemized list from Verisma. I'm completely trapped in this process -- I've been calling Verisma for weeks, NO ANSWER! This issue is causing massive problems for myself and for my family.
