              On Feb 20, 2023 I purchased a used 2011 ***** ******* from All American Imports in Alexandria Va. The original title I was given by them I took to the DMV on Feb 27, 2023 and was unable to register the vehicle because of an error in the way it was signed. I contacted them asking for a replacement and the second title sent is still incorrect. It has the buyer listed as All American Imports in Section A and also does not include one of the required signatures in section A marked “signature of seller(s).” I have since been told that they will not be correcting it again because it takes them time to get a title from the DMV, it also costs money for the title and postage to send it to me. I have offered to pay for these things to get the correct title and have since been told via text message I am permanently trespassed from their dealership. I have uploaded a picture of both titles I was given, the original has the second seller signature on the buyer line and the second has been marked by me (****** *******) in blue pen to show the current corrections needed. They’re saying that their dealership has to be listed as the buyer and that I am to sign the dealer reassignment section on the back and nothing more. The DMV has told me that information is incorrect and to have them correct the title again and I am still unable to register my vehicle in the state of Virginia.

              PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!!!! THIS IS A RESPONSE TO ALL AMERICAN IMPORTS SALESMAN, JIJI (the name he goes by. Not his real name), WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT MY CUSTOMER REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE: All American Imports ** ** **** ** *********** ** (Former addres was on S. Monroe in Arlington VA) Reviews are a chance for companies to find our their customers' experiences and opinions so they, hopefully, will adjust business practices. You seem upset with me about my review on the 2014 Huundai Sonata we purchased a few weeks ago but... 1. Price on car was much higher than the facebook ad. FACT 2. Pictures and description on the ad did not match the actual car. FACT 3. Mr. LEE said you guys don't charge the processing fee. FACT 4. It was a cash sale so you didn't have to do any of the stuff that processing fees covers. FACT 5. Carfax report requested but NOT given/available. FACT 6. $200 was a small reduction to make up for repair and parts that we discovered needed to be fixed that wasn'tdisclosed in your description FACT. 7. ANYWAY THE CAR DIED ALEEADY BEFORE WE EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO GET AN INDEPENDENT, REPUTABLE MECHANIC TO INSPECT IT. $6500+ down the drain!!!! When we did take it, we discovered that the inspection form that you gave us did not reveal a lot of things that are wrong with the car including an accident and frame damage. I know the sale was cash and as is so you won't respond to any complaints. However, I will file a report with the Better Business Bureau so hopefully this won't happen to the next person who reads the reviews for your dealership. All American Imports, DONT BE MAD AT ME BECAUSE YOU THINK I GAVE ALL AMERICAN IMPORTS A BAD REVIEW!!!! I just reported the truth as I experienced it.
