      I was in the market for a newer vehicle so I emailed the salesman ********************* on 2/19/2022 from LandRover Alexandria for a 2020 Landrover range rover sport svr model vin number ***************** stock number 11731P. He gave me the purchase order with my information sent to the dealership which amounted to $182,278.03 cents out of the door. Now it is 04/12/2022 I have not heard from ********************* after signing the contract sent to my from his own manager which I have a copy of in-hand. I have sent several emails for my check that I sent out to them in that amount to be given to ************************* the manager at LandRover Range rover. Located at their facility **************** *****. My check to pay off the car entirely through the ****** ********************* **** **** **** **** **** was received and delivered on February 25, 2022. There was a signed agreement between me and ************************* for the deal on the vehicle which is contract and Land Rover Alexandria has broken that contract which is a violation and dishonor. The manager is supposedly on vacation. I have called their shop at the facility and the manager ************************* picks up the phone and try's to talk me down and I'm telling him where is my check. I reminded him that I have sent to you and if the matter isn't handled my check my be returned or I will have my legal counsel look into this matter since that is stolen property. ************************* got mad and hung up the phone. So now this company has stolen my check to pay off the car I want my property back immediately or surrender that property since it has been paid off. This is a violation of my rights as a creditor 15 ** subsection **** and article 1 section 10 of the commerce clause. If Range Rover of Alexandria did not accept my deal and did not want to do business with me they should have returned my paperwork and given reasons why but that would also be discrimination. My property has not been returned which is my check to pay off this vehicle.

      Customer states that Dealer received payment for said vehicle. Land Rover Alexandria has not received any payment from the customer as of this date. The express envelope by no means contained any payment to dealer and was only a form to be completed to process a payment from an outside source, whereas dealer has not received. Land Rover made an offer of a price, however no agreed purchase order was initiated as the party involved did not make payment for said vehicle. The vehicle is still in stock with the dealer, however is available for sale to the public at this time. Should **************** decide to purchase said vehicle, he must enter into a purchase agreement and pay for the vehicle in full. Providing a form to claim funds does not constitute payment for said vehicle. Vehicle remains available for sale until a consumer makes payment.
