      On October 31, **** (employee at Hailey's) sold the Washer and Dryer with Dryer Steam **** made Delivery scheduled on Nov 6th between 10 and 12 On November 6th, Delivery was canceled due to not having the units in inventory On November 16th, delivery was made The washer was dropped from the truck and damaged It was communicated to my wife that a new washer would be ordered The incorrect dryer was delivered versus what was sold On November 17th, I visited the store to resolve the incorrect dryer delivery I was told no one was working that day to resolve the issue but Someone would call on Monday 11/27, no one called On November 29th, I called and was told no one was working that could help me but I would get a call on Thursday November 30th. On November 30th, I had a voice mail from **** stating he was calling to discuss the washer. I returned his call on November 30th and he apologized and stated that the model number was correct on the sales sheet and that he communicated the wrong information about the features offered on what he was selling me and that the apology was all he could do. I paid for a dryer that had the features he communicated to me and additional components to support the options he communicated that I would receive but I did not get the dryer that I was told I would get, I did not get the support features, and I am being told That is all I should expect.

      Disappointing Experience with Hailey's Appliance My encounter with Hailey's Appliance has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, prompting me to share the challenges I faced throughout the process. From scheduling headaches to communication breakdowns, my overall experience has been far from satisfactory. After contacting Hailey's Appliance on December 11th and clearly detailing the issue with my machine, including the necessary replacement part, I was disheartened to learn that they scheduled my appointment a week later. The reason provided was the technician's insistence on inspecting the problem in person, despite my efforts to streamline the process by identifying the specific part needing replacement. This unnecessary delay, coupled with my anticipation of shipping time, only added to my frustration. As the day of the appointment neared, I took the initiative to confirm the previously agreed-upon time slot (11-1) by contacting the store in the morning. To my dismay, upon the technician's arrival, I discovered an unannounced rescheduling to 1-3. This unexpected change not only threw off my plans but also left my spouse stuck at home for an extended 5-hour period, unable to carry out their work. This lack of communication and disregard for the initially agreed-upon timeframe is, quite frankly, unacceptable. Hailey's Appliance seems to prioritize internal processes over customer convenience, making it challenging for clients to rely on their services. My experience underscores a need for improvement in scheduling practices and communication protocols to ensure a more customer-centric approach. I strongly recommend potential customers explore alternative options for their appliance needs. Unfortunately, Hailey's Appliance has proven to be more of a hindrance than a solution, and I regret choosing them for my repair needs.
