      This complaint is in regards to my living quarters at the aforementioned apartment community. I have been a resident of this property since it opened and have paid rent on time $1696 every single month but run into issues when it comes to maintenance and now pest control. I am a parent of 2 children - one being a 1 year old and now have encountered mice and roaches. I have complained to the leasing office - (***************, Property Mgr) and have gotten zero results. I have pictures and videos displaying the droppings from the mice and roaches crawling. I keep a clean unit and know that they are coming from surrounding residents. They are doing NOTHING to combat the issues in the common area in the building common areas. Trash is left in the corridors. It NASTY. I have requested pest control. No results. And then had the audacity to offer me to transfer into a different unit, BUT I would have to pay more and there's no guarantee that I would be moving into a better situation. With me having a 1 year old, kids at this age are tender to getting into things. And you never know what is going on so I have to keep her sheltered at all times. I have found droppings on her walker and clothes hamper. It's honestly bad and I am at Witts end. I am now looking for housing elsewhere but find it hard with work hours and childcare but I cannot raise my kids in this environment. Outside of the rodents the microwave has been broke for 2 months. It sparks when in use. Maintenance has come out and did not experience the issue so they refused to swap it out. They told me to keep using it and when it sparks take a video or pic of it. Also a safety concern, but for overall the entire building. Please help me with positive resolution from Apex and their corporate entities because on the local level of leasing, I have been going in circles.
