      Worst company EVER .. Accepts no responsibility for the many flaws they possess. Id rather hire a day worker before I dealt with these scam artists

      We had an issue with one of our showers having no hot water. The outcome was my basement was destroyed, no sinks working, and my house was in worse shape after they came. The plumbers were inexperienced and made no effort to fix the problem. We were sold items that were not needed, and no effort was made to resolve the problem.

      We are so sorry that you were so unhappy with our service even after a discount and an additional refund. We responded to your call of "Gas hot water heater isn't heating the water" and we diagnosed and agreed on a service. Our technician even worked on your sump pump at no cost for your indoor basketball court because you were worried about the storm approaching over the weekend. When you called saying you had an issue, we came back on Monday and repaired two showers for you at no cost. You continued to call our office making threats on Tuesday and Wednesday with problems that were outside the scope of our work on your water heater - including issues with your toilets and sinks. You made it clear that you did not want us as your plumber and did not like any of our plumbers who we sent to your home. We hope you find the companies who can meet your needs!
