    On 5/30 a contract was signed with MC Fence and Deck to create new fencing and a gate in our alpaca paddock and extend our small paddock fencing in our horse paddock. All parties signed and a date for implementation was scheduled. On 6/16, MC Fence and Deck came out and created both fences and with small tweaks, the work was almost completed. The implementation team asked for our feedback and we raised some flags around the gate having slats and horses halters getting stuck. He provided multiple work arounds but didn't offer to do the work to remedy. Additionally, we were supposed to have hot wire removed from an existing fence and added to the fencing in the horse paddock. The hot wire was removed but left on the ground. We were informed that it wasn't needed as horses wouldn't chew this specific type of wood. I told them that I would be ok with that option if they provided a lifetime guarantee on that otherwise, we want the hot wire to keep the horses from destroying the new fence. They agreed to remedy and add the hot wire. To date this hot wire is still not installed. I have called and emailed multiple times and there is no estimated date for completion. This work is on the signed contract.

    After numerous attempts to get them to come back and complete repair their mistakes I am asking the BBB to intervene. They had to get a crew from Maryland to drive 2 1/2 hrs to get to my house. Horrible customer service. The owner blocks his email so you cant contact him and when asked how I can reach him they say they will tell him about my dissatisfaction. Find someone else for your deck project

    I ordered the fence April 2021 but due to the pandemic they didn't install it until September. When they installed it, they left a 4 inch gap between the bottom of the fence and the ground. I told them that it was unacceptable and asked for a resolution. They said they would order a new gate and redig the post hole to correct the problem. They came to my house about a month later and left without doing anything. They only spoke Spanish and told my neighbor that they had the wrong gate. That was the last time I heard from them. I called and emailed several times and got no response. I paid over $3500 for the fence and I want it fixed
