After numerous attempts to get them to come back and complete repair their mistakes I am asking the BBB to intervene. They had to get a crew from Maryland to drive 2 1/2 hrs to get to my house. Horrible customer service. The owner blocks his email so you cant contact him and when asked how I can reach him they say they will tell him about my dissatisfaction. I ordered the fence April 2021 but due to the pandemic they didn't install it until September. When they installed it, they left a 4 inch gap between the bottom of the fence and the ground. I told them that it was unacceptable and asked for a resolution. They said they would order a new gate and redig the post hole to correct the problem. They came to my house about a month later and left without doing anything. They only spoke Spanish and told my neighbor that they had the wrong gate. That was the last time I heard from them. I called and emailed several times and got no response. I paid over $3500 for the fence and I want it fixed
