I pursed and online training course.Janbasks website crashed 4 times within the first 1 1/2 weeks that signed up for their course.When my classes did start with the first 7 classes scheduled the instructor didnt show up or canceled 3-4 of them.After giving several chances to resolve issues described above I asked for full refund because of all of the issues.Janbask offered 1/2 a refund because of refund policy being no refunds after 7 days.I never received a full 7 days of education of training because of website crashed and instructors not showing up to class I want full refundBusiness response
