Bathroom remodel, multiple defects in the work. The workers and owner Kemal B*********** have come out multiple times, and either deny there is a problem or make excuses to not fix them. The last appointment they made (the 4th time I scheduled them to fix the problems), Kemal told me what day was good, and they did not show up or even call. This was more than 3 months ago.1. Shower door hung too high and water leaks from the bottom. Email from Fleurco attached stating that the installer hung the door way too high 2. Shower drain cover is not secured to the drain. When it is bumped, the drain cover moves off of the drain. Email from O**** attached stating the drain cover should snap into place-installer did not install it properly or used a drain cover that does not fit the drain 3. Shower fixture needs to be replaced. We expressed concern before signing the contract that the fixture they proposed may not have the same water pressure we currently had. We were ASSURED the water pressure would remain the same. The pressure is much lower now. VKB says that is due to the water in our home, however every other bathroom in our home has output of 2+ gallons per minute and the one they installed is about 1.5. Email from G**** attached stating the fixture VKB installed is rated for 1.75 gallons per minute and that if they installed another model rated for 2.5 gallons per minute we would not have this problem. VKB assured us the water pressure would not change, then installed a fixture that reduced the output. It should be replaced.4. Electrical wires hanging off the garage walls. Instead of running electrical wires inside the walls, they brought them into our garage from the basement, then taped them to the garage walls and put a hole in the ceiling to take the wires into the upstairs bath. The tape did not hold and we have electrical wires hanging off the wall in our garage. Many other problems with work quality and attitude of company representatives.
