    I took my car, a car I bought from Pohanka in 2019, for a routine check on Sep 7th 2022 and picked up my car promptly after it was ready, parked my car in my garage. After a couple of days, noticed that the front passenger fender had a corner sticking out as if pulled. I took it back to Pohanka on Sep 17th since it was a weekend, only opportunity I got, and explained that the only way it could have happened is if it went through the car wash. The service personnel took pictures and spoke to his supervisor. He also mentioned that it has been 10 days past the incident. I left a message for ***** after a representative told me that he could be the one I spoke to. I still have not heard back from anyone yet. My experience at Pohanka has been top notch so far. I am hoping that this issue can be resolved at the earliest, especially when I have a damaged car with no fault of mine.

    Our service manager spoke with ************** and advised him that we would not be covering the damage since it was mentioned 10 days after the vehicle was serviced.   We advised him that we would provide him with our contact at Caliber Collision and they would assist him with friendly estimate on the repair.  The client was happy with the outcome of the conversation.

    They sold me a brand new car with bad parts and they want me to spend more money to repair pushing me to **** warranty. I spend 61,000 to keep on paying for repair this really unfear. I bought the car only 3 weeks ago and it's brand new. And they said it is the characteristics of the car I will attach the copy of their repair order you can see how they are forcing me to buy new tries even though it's brand new vehicle

    The client purchased a new Acura *** and returned a few weeks later with a complaint of a slight vibration in the tires.  We performed a road force diagnostic test which determined that all 4 tires are within manufacturer specifications, and therefore Acura will not authorize the dealer to perform any repairs.  We advised the client to reach out to Acura client relations directly since they supercede the dealer.
