    I purchased a 2013 **** ****** *** ** online from this dealership 9/2/22. There were 132 photos of the car, I visited with the salesman, Tony on several occasions through email, text and by phone. After looking at the photos and visiting with Tony and him assuring me the car was in great condition, I bought it. With Tony's help, I had the car shipped to me and it arrived 9/11/22. I met the delivery company when it was being unloaded. Within less than 2 minutes of the car being here I noticed 2 scrapes on the roof. I questioned the delivery driver about it. They explained there is nothing on their truck that could have made those marks. Then, I noticed they were touched up, so they have to have been there prior to leaving the dealership. I was beside myself no one told me anything about this. I contacted Tony through text message October 6 to inform him of this. There is one photo of the 132 online photos if you zoom way in and you know what to look for, you can see one of the dents. He couldn't believe none of the 13 employees at his dealership, including him and the body shop, ever saw it. He did acknowledge you can see the dent when zoomed in on it. He asked did I have an estimate and I told him yes and emailed it to him 10/6. The estimate is for $1298.30 which does not include replacing the stripes and the #** which is unique to that car and cannot be replaced by the **** dealer therefor actually hurting the value of the car. I contacted him through text 10/7 to see if he got it. He said yes and he would get back to me next week. I texted him 10/ 17 and 10/20 and he finally responded with an offer of $325.00 due to fact he is not a "retail customer". I don't feel in good faith this is the amount I'm owed. I feel I should be paid at least the entire amount.
