      I ordered a dog collar collar from Bull Run flag on January 21 of this year. Approximately a month later, I emailed them asking where my order was. They kept stringing me along telling me that my order was in the final stages and would be shipped out the following week. this continued until finally March 27 they refunded me but assured me as a a gesture of good faith that they would still ship my collar.I have emailed them twice since asking where it was with. No response I want my collar.

      There seems to be a trend of slow or no delivery. Same here. Ordered a collar mid February with expected delivery date of mid to late March. After my first email, I received pre-shipment info on April 7th. No change by April 18. Another email. Their response was it would be mailed in the next 24 hours. Now April 23rd with no change in tracking info and no email response for over 24 hours. Unacceptable.

      I ordered a collar from bullrunflag on Jan 23rd 2025 and an email on Feb 28 that my order was preparing for shipment and gave a tracking number. A few days go by and the item hasn't left. I emailed them on March 16th about this and they responded on the 18th to tell me they were behind and it would ship within the week... emailed again on April 3rd because still no movement. They responded on the 4th to tell me item is being prepared to ship and now I have a new tracking number. It is now April 13th and still no movement on either tracking number I was provided. Almost 3 months and no item that I paid for. I don't want a refund, I just want the collar I ordered.

      Ordered the product on 1/23/25 and it never was received. Always got the same excuse that they were behind on orders and it would be shipped. Then stated for 2 months now its pending shipment.

      I ordered a special collar for my dog on February 20. I received no communication from them outside of the initial purchase email. About 3 weeks later I emailed them about my order status. They told me they would send a tracking number to me shortly. However it never arrived. I'm over 6 weeks now and still no information about my order. The website states a 2 to 4 week turnaround time.

      I ordered and paid for a dog collar 2/10/25. It is now 3/21/25 and no product. Their ad states 1-2 week turnaround.I've been strung along this entire time, with over a dozen emails assuring me it's coming and it hasn't. This is the worst online experience I've ever dealt with. They make it sound like an American made Company.. I doubt that very seriously.Refund my money immediately. How dare you.

      Although they have stated a full refund has been issued, there has been no refund applied to my account at this time. There is no receipt of my refund. They have stated it may take up to 10 days for it to show up on my account which I find unacceptable given they took my money instantly. They can in fact instantly refund me, they simply choose not to. I don't want to hear anything else from this criminal business. They're lying THEIVES. 

      I will post this story on every social media outlet, on every K9 forum, at my Church, at my Local Teamsters hall, and at my ********* A copy of this story will be given to the **** Every Cane Corso breeder in the Country will know how corrupt this company is. They're going to regret stealing from me. Every ad they post, I'll be there with this screen shot.

      Ordered 4 Name tapes on 12/30/2024.Waited.On Feb 4th I received an email stating they were shipping and a tracking number was provided. 2 weeks later they still have yet to ship and I emailed the business Feb 18th asking what the status was. I have not gotten a response.I have started a dispute with my credit card company after reading all the negative comments on ******** as well as on here, describing similar experiences.Ultimately I would like the product I ordered,

      On December 12, 2024, I order a 1.5 dog collar that had a lead time of 3-4 weeks. I paid $79.78 for this product. I continuously checked the status of the product and it never changed. On January 17, 2025, I emailed the company about the product not shipping. They responded and said it will ship within the week, and they provided a tracking number. It is now February 16, 2025, and the collar still has not shipped. I would like them to finish the job because I do need the collar. If not, I would like a refund.

      I placed an order with Bullrun Flag Embroidery LLC on June 13th ***************************** full the same day. Having ordered from them once before I knew their lead times were longer than advertised (approximately 2-3 weeks). I stopped getting updates on my order on July 18th 2024 where it say my order way packed but not shipped. I have since attempted calling the company who only has the phone accepting calls only from 11am-3pm Monday - Friday, however ever attempt to contact them by phone during these hours it only gives you a message that they cannot answer the phone and best method of contacting them is by email. I have sent an email to the business and continue to contact them by phone with no response. At this point I would like to prevent others from experiencing this and would either like my ordered products or a refund but you cannot get a hold of anyone at the business in order to remedy the situation.

      I just saw an email from the BBB asking if the company has reached out to me since you have not gotten a response as well. I received an email response from them in late February, however they still have not resolved the issue since they only said they dont do phone calls and will look into the processing issue for the order.
