      I purposely purchased from Crutchfield anticipating issues with integrating new components with existing equipment. I was correct but the support was excellent and all issues resolved.

      I've been using Crutchfield for all of my car audio for over 30 years. They have incredible customer service. All of the research has been done by them, which makes it easy for you to order exactly what you need for your specific vehicle. They provide all of the necessary instructions, brackets, wire harnesses, and tools to make everything fit. And the wide product selection is great.

      Unfortunately, the support from Crutchfield hasnt held up in recent years. After many years of purchasing HighFi audio equipment from them, they sold me a $4,000 receiver that was bricked. They were unable to resolve the issue or replace the unit through support. I was bounced between Crutchfield, the vendor, and repair shops until the unit fell out of warranty.
