    In the planning process of my wedding on 09/23/23, I booked a rain plan tent on 10/22/2022. This contract involved a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the tent & if the tent is needed I had to pay the remaining amount the week of the wedding to receive the equipment. As the week of my wedding approached, it was calling for rain so I decided to secure the tent and pay the remaining fee. The day before my wedding when they came to setup the equipment, I spoke in depth with one of their workers about the forecast because at this point it was calling for high winds and I was unsure if it would even be safe. He assured me the tent would be okay, so we went through with it.On the day of the wedding, the roof was leaking, stakes came out of the ground twice, & the tent actually lifted off of the ground and moved about 3 feet. After this happened we had to relocate the ceremony site last minute because it was unsafe to be under with the wind & the equipment was leaking. No one was hurt and nothing on the property was damaged.I understand the company cannot control the weather. However, I have read our contract in depth and dont see any clear statements that require us to be responsible for the full cost of the tent considering it was unusable.Since my wedding, I contacted the company a total of 7 times asking to speak with the owner. Every time I spoke with the receptionists and was informed that the owner was not in. Not to mention, one of the receptionists was frequently rude to me. I expressed my concerns and made it clear I needed to speak with the owner as soon as possible regarding this matter. 4 weeks passed before the owner finally reached out to me. We discussed the matter and he said he needed to think about ****** have still not heard back. That was over a week ago.I have gotten to a point where I feel fed up with this company and the terrible customer service. I feel I deserve 75% of my money back and would like assistance in fighting for this.
