    On or about April 20, 2024, Ting Internet "suspended" my account for being behind on my internet bill and disconnected my internet service. They later re-charged my credit card, collected all past due amounts, then continued to charge me $89 from May-September of 2024 without restoring the service. They notified me of the account suspension via email but failed notify me that the service had been "resumed." I have contacted no less than 4 times asking for a refund. They have not issued the refund, and I have not used Ting internet since April. I further advised them that the equipment they provided is in fine condition and I asked, initially, the procedures to return the equipment. They have not answered any of my questions. They claimed to have sent previous emails, to an email I do not check often on the email sent on April 20th, 2024. I found one other email dated April 16, 2024. In the April 20th email. they ended with: "To reinstate your service, you will need to contact us at ************** to discuss your payment options. I did not call them; therefore, they should not have reinstated the service without discussing with me. Amount of money paid provided below is the total charges for May-July 2024 (Aug, Sep were refunded by credit card issuer),
