    I already have another *** case FRDXXXXXXX BBB main told me to contact the local **** I picked up my 2021 **** ******* ****** at ******** **** Greenbrier on 9/9/22 at 635pm after them having it in the shop since 7/20/22 Once I turned in the **** Edge loaner to **** Hall in the service department and got the keys to my vehicle from him, I stayed on the car lot to inspect my vehicle. I showed Mike Hall these issues. He said he'll let **** ****** know about the issues. Paint gouges: I noticed 2 deep gouge damages, which are worse than scratches, in the paint on the front hood of the vehicle located on the front passenger ***** The gouges went through the paint past the primer and straight to the metal which created jagged edges. The small cover on the front bumper on the passenger **** was pushed in, loose and was not flush with the bumper. I asked **** Hall if he knew how to fix the cover. He said no so I just straightened out, but it is still loose. The clip holding it in place might be damaged. The driver's side door now has a high pitch sound of the gears moving when unlocking and then opening the door compared to the other doors. Driver's door sound when unlocked and then opened. ******************************************* Front passenger **** sound when unlocked and then opened. ******************************************* Rear right side passenger door sound when unlocked and then opened. ******************************************* Called Cavalier Ford Greenbrier on 9/10/22 at ****** I called service I asked for **** ******* but she won't be available until Monday. I left her a message about the 2 gouges on the hood, the door sound and the front bumper cover that was loose. I put on the message too on why 2 gouges weren't repaired when they had it for 7 weeks and didn't say anything about it. I was also charged ****** on my credit card for gas on the loaner. I put on close to full tank about higher than 3/4 tank too.

    i bought a new 2018 Ford Taurus, have had incompetent service the last two years. On my last inspection in January 2021 I advised them I had an air leak on my driver side front tire, was advised there no air leak and my air pressure sensor was reset, continued to lose air, took to another repair shop, found the tire had a large gash in the side, couldn't be repaired, had to buy a new tire. How could any mechanic not find the leak? in February 2021 the battery on a new 2018 car went dead, the mechanic that inspected my car in January 2021 said he inspected my battery, took my car to the same shop that found the gash in my tire and he found roughly two years worth of corrosion on my positive terminal that had eaten away half of the positive battery cable and ruined the battery. Again, how could a mechanic not see or find that? The obvious answer is that the mechanic didn't even look at the battery, simply checked the box that he had. On May 9 the low oil pressure came on, I called Cavalier's service department on May 10 and was told the quickest they could take a look art my car {which is still under warranty} was June 10, a month later. Their solution was for me to tow my car to their dealership at my expense, leave it, and rent a car until they could take a look my car, again, at my expense. I, of course, complained to their service department manager, wrote a letter to her, then wrote a letter to the President and CEO of Cavalier, never received a response from anyone. At this point, I wouldn't take any car to their service department, they have to proved to be incompetent and uncaring. I simply don't trust them and wouldn't use their service, even if it was free.

    Unfortunately in January we inspected the vehicle including the battery and it read within the charging specifications. Also at time of inspection we did not see a gash in the tire, We are not sure how long until he had the tire replace but if we had found the gash we certainly would have recommended replacing the tire.

    In May of 2021 when Mr. ****** called in for an appointment our service facility was extremely backed up. I believe he tried to schedule with another **** Dealership without any luck. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Mr. ****** and **** has denied paying his claim.
