    On X-XXXXXX I had oral surgery at the office. I told that I had to pay the full amount up front, and when they receive payment from the insurance company I would be reimbursed. I have made several requests for reimbursement, the insurance paid a portion, approximately ********* They tell me the request had been sent to the corporate office to be issued that I should check the mail for it. To date I have not received any payments. **********

The matter has been resolved and the Office Manager attempted to contact the patient directly to provide additional information and address any concerns, but was unsuccessful reaching the patient by phone. We encourage the patient to give the Office Manager a call back to discuss the matter further. Thank you. Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2022/09/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) They finally sent the insurance money owed to me. Shouldn't have needed to file a complaint to get what was rightfully mine.
