    I met with the owner for a quote (I'm a previous satisfied customer) and he told me he would call me with a timeline for an appt within 2 days. 5 days later and after leaving 3 voice mail messages I still had no response. To be fair, in case there was a legitimate reason for not calling me in the promised time, I left the owner a voice mail message advising him of my intentions to contact the BBB and file a complaint if he did not return my call. The owner finally returned my call on the 5th day and screamed and yelled at me on the phone for my threat of contacting the BBB. Absolutely the worst customer ********************** (from an owner) that I have ever experienced. He acted totally unaccountable and unapologetic for dropping the ball and not calling me back with an approximate start work date. I would never do business with a company that verbally attacks its customers. I've done business with this company in the past and they did a good job trimming my trees with reasonable rates but something has changed and with the way they treated me (a loyal repeat customer) this time, I'm questioning their dependability and are especially concerned about the owner returning a call just to verbally attack me.

    Im sorry you feel this way, I never screamed at you on the phone. I did not answer the phone 2 times and called you back the same day. I told you when I did the estimate we were two weeks out and I would try to fit you in sooner. When you call and threaten to leave bad reviews before we even start on the job is when I no longer will work for you. I always call people back. This week we have been doing emergency trees that have fallen on houses, sheds, and driveways and I have been short on time. I hope you find someone to take care of your job.
