0 Star as far as am concerned. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I purchased a 2009 Audi for my grandson about a year ago. One week into the deal the engine light comes on. Needless to say I took the vehicle back to CarPro to see if I could at least trade that lemon for another vehicle being I only had it for a week. I got the run around about the owner being out of the country and to come back the next week. In the mean time I had a diagnostic done at an Audi dealership in Hampton. They gave me a total of **** in repairs. Everything you can imagine was wrong with the vehicle: transmission, starter motor, serpentine belt, motor mounts broken the list goes on. When I was finally able to catch up with the owner (Red) he tells me to take the vehicle to his mechanic. left the vehicle with him for 30 days and he did absolutely nothing. Tried to get me to pay for another diagnostic after I had given him a copy of the one I already had. I told him I wasn't paying for anything and left with the vehicle. So am stuck making a payment on a vehicle that is basically not driveable. *** is a scam artist!!! I highly recommend you stay far away from this corrupt dealership as possible. I was able to send a customer away one day when I was there trying to talk to ****  I told him my situation and suggested he look elsewhere. He left in a flash. I wish I could be there everyday to make sure noone else gets a lemon like I did. Dissatisfied Customer!!!!
