    8 months ago Ive been having issues with the **** system. During winter its been too cold and my heat wasnt working, during summer time my ac wasnt working. Ive been constantly asking for a resolution and havent gotten one. Ive contacted the inspection people thats the only reason these apartments has finally ordered a part to fix my **** system. Its been ****** degrees and these people with proof still havent came to fix it for months! Theirs mold in my apartment and they treat me as if its just discoloration and Its nothing that can be done. **** appeared on my clothes, on my food in the cabinets everywhere ! They treated it as if it was nothing and got maitenece to come in and wipe it down ! I lost $200 in food because of that I had to throw everything away in my cabinet. Mold appears on the carpet, in the toilet bowls I clean every 3 days the mold still appears. It appears in the shower, in the vents above my bed, in the kitchen cabinets, all outside on my porch/balcony. Mold on top of the fridge, inside the fridge! All they told the maitnecr guy to do was wipe it down ! Its bigger than a wipe down! I was told 5 months ago they were going to bring a mold tester but never came! *** even had a doctor tell me my respecter infection was from the mold in my apartment still nothing from arbor lake ! The resolution im hoping for is a new apartment with updated appliances or my rent back from the past 5-8 months Ive been dealing with these issues and also communicating it to them constantly ! Its black and green mold!

    I put in Application in the month of December ********************************************* ********* that expired January 12 so I get an extension for February 8 was told that I had the apartment and I was gonna move in at the same time I havent really been able to connect with anyone and never in the office when youre supposed to be in the office about Voucherabout to expire I have nowhere to live Ive been suffering with it depression because of the stories have been told to me that the people that were in the office at the time that I was able to speak it is not fair I work and pay taxes why do I have to suffer. Please help me. Thank you so much
