  Called him on 11/17/24 for a refrigerator that was not cooling and he promised to come the same day. I didn't hear from him until 11/20/24. He came around 5pm and said the free-on was low and he replaced it. Before he left he told me the refrigerator will take 24 hours to cool, It was fixed and to check on it the next morning. The next day the refrigerator was still not cooling so I called ***/***** to tell him the refrigerator was not fixed. I had paid him $250 when he came out so I was expecting a working refrigerator. He came again this time at 8pmon 11/21/24 and said the free-on he had used to replace the leaking one was not good. He was coming back the next day to replace it. He came out again the next day 11/22/24, at 8:30pm to replace the faulty one he initially used. At that point I asked him what will happen if it doesn't work again because whatever he was doing was not fixing the refrigerator. He was not happy when I asked for a refund if he could not fix it. In this day and age $250 is a lot of money. He told me he would not refund any money, he would come back to fix it. I gave the refrigerator more that 24hrs and called him again and this time my call did not get answered. Never thought I'd be scam. He is not professional at all and a scammer. He obviously doesn't know what he doing. Something needs to be done to stop him from continuing to scam people out of there hard earned money. Terrible Person!!!
