    They approved me for a vehicle had me pay the down payment and then later 3 weeks they called me and said sorry the bank reject the loan why you told me Im approved give me the vehicle and then had me pay the down payment and after 3 weeks now you saying Im have to bring the vehicle back because the bank reject the loan and refuse to pay my down payment back poor management poor customer service **** an idiots running the business

    Beware of this predatory and deceitful dealership. I inquired about a vehicle and financing via the web and was told I was approved for financing and that I could come see the vehicle that day. I was also told that I would be able to take the vehicle to my mechanic to ensure it was in good condition before I bought it. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle wasnt on the lot, that they needed to run my credit to see if I would be approved for financing (after I had in writing that I already was), and that I would not be permitted to take the vehicle to my mechanic, but they offered a seven day exchange policy (Not a return policy). I have no idea how these people stay in business, but unless you enjoy having your time wasted and your blood pressure raised, steer clear.

    They performed a 120k service at 112k yet they keep reporting bad information to ******. I have called them yet haven't been Able to fix this issue, no response because of what they are doing my car value keeps going down. They need to fix this issue now!!!!

    I never want to -- nor enjoy -- writing negative reviews, but my experience with this company was below subpar. Their business practices were entirely unethical and bordering on illegal, if not fully illegal. We agreed to the purchase of a car, agreed upon the sale price and all terms, and they were ******* a 5-digit check from the bank. After agreeing to the sale and receiving the check, the company ghosted me. Only after being pressed, did they attempt to slide in a restructured deal without discussion (unethical). Later, they admitted they had made a mistake in the original deal (due to their own internal disorganization between team members), and then declined to sell me the car, even after they had a check in their hands and a written agreement for the sale. I requested elevation to top level management at the dealership who also declined to honor their agreement. Quite interesting the name of the company is "Loyalty." So, I had the displeasure of shouldering their consequences of their mistake after spending a week of my life to find, agree to, pursue, and arrange for financing; all in good faith. It is ridiculous businesses like this that have given rise to better concepts in "haggle free" auto purchasing such as Carvana, Drivetime, CarMax, etc. I believe strongly in honorable and ethical business practices at every level. The behavior of these individuals was neither.

    Similar situation as ******************** took in a car that was paid off and they began fixing it and charging me without first informing me of what was wrong with the vehicle. Very vague about what needed to be repaired then they never fixed the original problem and I ended up trading the vehicle in for a car that wasnt worth what they priced it as, it didnt even come with the required spare tire. I know they took advantage of me because of the situation I was in. I do not recommend this Dealership, they are terrible if I could give a lower rating I would.

    If I could put a zero negative zero rating on them I just completely would they need to be put out of business The way they treat their customers is complete bull ____! The way that they treated myself and my mother not only did they sell me one *** vehicle that I had to return on their 7-Day policy they tried to yet again s**** me over by saying they would have the truck I was going to exchange with ready to go I drove 2 hours to go pick up this vehicle only for them to say haha just kidding it still needs a week to get fixed which is unacceptable when you are told to bring the vehicle back in 2 days so that they can guarantee that truck would be ready for me when I got in liars I am so furious I'm sitting on the side of ************************ the grass on their lot disgusted that they could literally do this to people there should be some law to protect us against corporations and businesses that want to pull this bull_________! I cannot stress enough to never ever purchase anything off of this lot never ever purchase anything off of this lot because they're going to do whatever they can to ******* you over which is their job however it be different if they were getting rid of quality products and not selling c*** my windshield wiper fluid line was literally cut I had no gas cap this is how they sell their vehicles it's a joke....

    Loyalty Toyota has been very disappointing. I had scratches on my car and my Toyota Venza is on full warranty still. I am not aware of how the scratches came on but they're saying it's external influence. Ofcourse I'm not scratching my own windows. One person there says there is a UV coating... which I wasn't told about when I got the car and another person says... your sales receipt doesn't show there's any coating. I went from one Toyota to the next. They will only work Monday through Friday and I have to work that time and risk my job to give them the car. But they want me to pay ***** dollars out of pocket. What's the point of having something under warranty? I haven't ever had such an experience with another car company. My time and energy for going from one Toyota dealership to another was such a waste.

    Loyalty Toyota has unethical sales practices. They will include warranties in the purchase price that are not clearly explained nor requested. When confronted, they still don't give an accurate representation of the warranty coverage or deadlines if you want to cancel. I will NOT purchase another vehicle from Loyalty.
