    While the guys were all so nice, so much of our furniture got damaged or broken in the process of them moving our stuff. The owners cousin was straight up lazy, and the other guys would often just make trips with one small item, so things were just dragging the entire time. I get that its tiring to move so much stuff, so doing that every once in a while, or simply taking a break is totally understandable. But that wasnt the case here. To move our upright piano, they put it on its side, and due to not having space on the truck, it was stuck like that for almost 2 full days. There are huge scratch marks all over it, and the top is simply broken and to fix it we would literally have to take it apart. The more we unpack, the more furniture we find chipped or broken. Elliptical screen is broken, our dining room server got broken, a file cabinet got broken. Without exaggerating, all wooden furniture is chipped in at least one spot. They only put blankets around glass, no furniture to protect it. They were quite literally shoving and throwing our stuff in the truck and were not treating it as their own as they said they would on their website. It felt like all they cared about was getting everything shoved in and transporting it, and not at all about how it would leave our furniture in the aftermath. My husband and I just finally upgraded most of our furniture a few years ago, and I feel like these guys quickly aged and destroyed it in a day. They would literally see something broken, pass it off to another to move it into the new house, in front of us, and not even acknowledge they broke it. I just did not understand what was happening. At least say sorry? Because of this, I cannot in good conscience recommend these movers to anyone. I truly hope they improve their quality of service. Truly nice guys, but thats not enough here.
