I would leave zero stars if possible. Marla lost my dog on the first day she was in charge in a heavily wooded area by taking her to a property she didn't own and left her unattended off leash next to Pocahontas state park. She was not recovered for 12 days (no thanks to Marla). My calls and texts went unanswered for 8+ hours after Marla sent me one text message saying Koda was lost 4 hours ago (while I was on a plane to Hawaii). She never contacted my emergency contact. A volunteer tracker offered assistance before I even knew my dog was missing and Marla didn't take her help until I spoke with the tracker the next day. On day 3, she finally started handing out flyers that I made. She's been playing victim throughout the whole experience because I didn't want her in my house anymore to care for my other pets, threw a fit that her number wasn't on the flyers, and that I didn't invite her to participate in professional tracking with scent sniffing dogs (she did pay for it though). On the first day, she said "I'm sorry" one time via text message but did little to show that she actually cared. After I got home, she sent me a formal email informing me that she was shipping my keys to my house. Still no apology. Anyone who tries to write a review immediate gets blocked on social media, reviews get reported, etc. She also never posted on her business social media page that Koda was missing. She only cares about reviews and does not care for your property or animals (I have video of her chucking luggage down the inside stairs at my house and landed where my cat was just seconds before). So if you care about your pets, run, don't walk, from Marla.
