      I brought my car ford E-350 in for service and clearly communicated that it needed spark plugs. They insisted on performing a diagnostic, which cost me $180 – fine, no problem. But then, I received a call saying the car needed spark plugs, and the total cost would be $1,370. This felt way overpriced, but I agreed to go ahead with the replacement. The next day, I picked up my car and drove it for just 15 minutes before the same noise I originally came in for started again. I returned to the service center, and they told me that the spark plug on cylinder 6 still needed to be replaced. I was shocked because I had specifically been told the day before that all the spark plugs were replaced. They then claimed they only replaced the spark plug on cylinder 2, and now I was expected to pay another $1,400 to change the remaining spark plug. That brings the total to $2,700 for spark plug replacements, when all spark plugs should have been changed in one go, not just one or two. This is a huge rip-off. I will never return to this location again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

      The customer presented their vehicle for service due to a spark plug that had become dislodged from the cylinder. The requested and authorized repair addressed this specific issue. At the time of service, a comprehensive spark plug replacement was not requested. Given the vehicle's age and mileage, there was a potential risk of encountering damaged threads in other cylinders during a full spark plug replacement. Considering the customer's focus on the immediate repair and potential budget concerns, pursuing an open-ended repair was not deemed advisable at that time. We appreciate the customer's willingness to discuss their experience with our service manager. As explained during that conversation, diagnosing potential future issues requires further investigation.

      I will say this I have good luck with my most recent purchase a Honda Pilot this is like my fourth car from shelor. The first vehicle ate tires we took it on Vacation and it ate all 4 tires the last three have been a good buying experience but after reading the past few complaints it seems no one is happy. I will be buying another car soon and I’m not sure if it will be Shelor but if I do buy a car you can darn well believe I will have my personal Mechanic inspect it and ok it. Do your homework if it cost a few bucks to get it inspected do it it will set your mind at ease.

      Shelor SUCKS!!! Took my new Subaru in for 6 month service with only 1000 miles on it and they dented the hood and will not make it right!! Sales staff did excellent job but the service and management suck! Last car I ever buy from these crooks! DO NOT BUY FROM SHELOR THEY WILL NOT DO RIGHT WHEN THEY MESS UP!!

      Bought a vechile from Shelor barely had it over a month. The car broke down, the service center was rude, I’ve had to come out of pocket a lot already. I have two kids and told them I needed a good reliable car do to my kids doc and therapy. I made my 3rd car payment. Since then it’s went down hill with Shelor. I’ve been stuck 2 months no car & losing my job now over this all. For the money I spent no way I should have had any issues within for couple months owning the car. Now I’m being told the whole engine got to be torn apart & replaced the whole 9 yards so I’m going to be doing another almost month waiting to get my car back how they think someone can live like this. They were charging a lot to try to get a rental through them. A

      Beware if you decide to take your vehicle in to trade or sell at the Shelor Motor Mile. I took my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 in to sell as I do not need it. This truck is in excellent condition and only has 41650 miles on it. Also it has recently had a $10,000 utility bed upgrade added to it. I did my do diligence and research (as I once worked for a dealership or two) so I know what they use for appraisals. I looked at the 4 major appraisal websites and the average value for my truck was $30,800. And this did not include the utility bed upgrade. This truck qualifies as above average BTW! But looking at the rough condition the average value was $25,000. When the appraisal from Shelor came back they offered me $24,000. They stated there were multiple dents and body damage on it. I would like to see all these dents and bidy damage, nothing but lies to try and prove their sad offer. This is nothing but a smack in the face and despicable. They should be ashamed to advertise they will buy your vehicle and as they say, "Why shop anywhere else?" More like steal your vehicle and make a fortune off of you. I am all for businesses making money, but this is ridiculous. I have attached pictures of my truck and give me your honest opinion if you feel this is a rough or above average truck. Wasted my time today going there, and will never be back! Also I am going to be selling this on my own now, so if your interested let me know!

      Worst company to do business with. They upsell you on any and all additional services, warranties, and coverage. Without covering ALL the pertinent and most crucial details. Even past the point of expiration. And then they refuse to work with you and remove said warranties, services, and coverages. They do their utmost best to continue to charge you and cover themselves legally so that they may continue to charge you. Never in my LIFE! Will I do business with them. Nor will I ever give them a good reference!!! I personally tried to cancel the bogus extended warranty they sold me on. Never once! Was I explained to that I would not be able to cancel said warranty AND I was lied to about the full details of the coverage! I was told in the office when I signed up for it, that my warranty was bumper to bumper 100k miles. Come to find out recently when I needed to use the warranty. That it only covers up to 45k miles and is a "wrap warranty". Which covers very little compared to the "bumper to bumper" coverage that I was lied to about. Then when I tried to cancel said warranty, I was told the coverage was only until 60k and was now expired and still had to be paid! How can you continue to charge someone for something that was never used, omitted the truth about, and was obismal?! Again I will not work with nor provide any business for this dealership ever again! And I would highly encourage anyone else that has purchased a vehicle from this dealership, or any warranties, to double check your contract and the details of your warranties, and cancel them as soon as you have the chance before they try to refuse!

      Bought a Nissan Rogue a couple years ago from them they won’t trade now for nothing good car but burnt me on the price. Used car prices have increased not decreased. They are crooks.

      I bought my SUV in 2022 and it has been nothing but a problem with check engine light constantly coming on with no resolution of the issue being fixed or able to determine direct cause. This has happened over 7 times now and the vehicle is not dependable. Not only have I taken up there even though i live a good distance away, I have used other locations still with no solving situation but at least a effort to try. This is so unacceptable and would like to see something positive come about. I even bought an extended warranty from them, and was told several times the parts would not be covered even after paying a $100 deductable numerous times. So frustrating when you drive 2 hours everyday and constantly fear of breaking down in the middle road. This has happened several time before in middle of 581, light came an and lost all power couldn't move.

      I have taken the vehicle to two local dealerships, due to when it happens it looses power and goes into engine speed loss and i have to limp it to the facility. They have tried multiple times also to determine the issue, replacing the fuel pump module and engine control module. They can see the history of this issue, but most of the times once it is taken back to diagnose the lights have went away and everything has went back to normal until next episode happens. This has been going on since 3 months after buying the vehicle and when it has happened I can not make back to Shelor due to driving restrictions of the vehicle bein unsafe to drive that far at reduced speed or not able to drive at all. Nevertheless, the other issue is the CAL still illuminates instead of direction when driving. I tried multiple times bringing it up there and it was never able to be fixed. I just didn't have the time to keep running it up there and back with it not getting fixed living away as far and continuously adding more miles to the vehicle. I have bought vehicles from you all in the past with nothing but success, however with this one, I have been highly disappointed knowing there has been an issue that can't be determined or fixed and keep driving a vehicle that is unpredictable. It seems like this a lemon and needs to be parted with another reliable vehicle with no extra cost.

      I had a warranty issue with my new car at the end of October Shelor told me a manager would reach out to me to get the issue resolved. I never heard anything back. I contacted them in November, December, January and February being told a manger would contact me each time. I haven’t heard anything back. I would never recommend going to them for any issues or warranty issues. The managers are to incompetent to return a call about getting a simple warranty issue resolved. When purchasing a 60k car I expect dealerships to help quickly when there is a simple fix for an issue not to toy with you and tell you every time you contact them that their manager will give you a call back. This is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership.

      13 F150 3.5 Ecoboost I wasCharged 2 diag fees from Shelors NPF- 1-Customer States Burning smell coming from the vents 2-Customer states Squeak in the back Went to Duncan Ford Brent knew it was a common issue with the mileage $1400 ??Rear pads,rotors worn out suspension part. previous repaired valve cover gasket leaking again.       Hello Benjamin, Thank you for taking the time to speak with our Service Manager. As discussed, we will be refunding you for one of the hours of diagnostics we performed on your vehicle. We look forward to helping you with your future needs. In this incident there was a communication breakdown between the problem being reported and the notes for the repairs. The notes reflected the customer’s concerns occurring only while towing and related to the suspension.
