      If I could give fewer stars, I would. I had been seeing Dr. ******* for several years and he recently joined this business. I set up an appointment several months ago for 8/9/23. Around the first of the month, I called to verify that I had an appointment and when it was. When the 9th rolled around, I drove for an hour to see ******* only to be told that they had cancelled my appointment because it was not confirmed. She said they should have texted me (on a landline phone no less) to confirm my appointment. Landline phones do not get text messages and I could not respond but I did check a week before to verify it. If this doctor doesn't want to see old patients, he needs to state so. He also needs staff that can look up appointments, confirm them, and not waste people's time. This business clearly deserves an F rating from the BBB. I would lower it to an F- simply because I don't think they care about their patients anymore.
