I wish I had never walked in the doors at ODB , the time frame we were given fell very short of when we moved in , Rick constantly lied about when the builders ( *** ******* *** *******) would be there to build the front porch and other items . The 2 man crews that he had doing drywall and floor work well that was a joke . I still to this day have nail holes poking out of my drywall and the ceilings are more than a joke . You can see every sheet of drywall on the ceilings and he offered me $3000.00 to have it fixed ( joke ‘ no one will touch the ceilings for under 8000.00 . The floor where the house was put together is still undeveloped after 3 attempts to fix it . The flooring has been replaced a few times , the master bathtub looks like a 2 year old put it in. The crew he had come in got paint from my grandkids beds on the ceiling !!!!!! Tell me how they did that ! When Rick and Michael said all the repairs were done and the cleaning ladies were through well that was a bigger joke , there was drywall dust everywhere, paint on the floor , shoe prints in the master bathtub and shower , the paint is 2 different colors ( I have pic of everything and plan to take legal action . PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY ! I wish someone would have told me this before we used them ! Please feel free to reach out as I have pictures and texts to back up everything I have said .
