      I had purchased from this company around May 2nd. I had double checked with them to ensure my timeline would work. **** told me they would expedite the order and have it to me on the 19th. Now they will not get it to me until the *****rd. I want my money back

      I paid ****** for a wig that is trash! It looks nothing like the picture on the site. It isn't the right color, it isn't cut right, it shows seams because it is thin! It would fit a 5 yr olds head the hair won't style. It's basically garbage! Also they refuse to refund me my money. They only want to give me 45% back! An if I mail it back they want me to pay for that on top of it all. Plus they want me to mail it to *****!!!! If I had known this c*** of a wig was coming from ***** I would never have ordered it! I am so ticked off??????

      I ordered two wigs that are over two hundred dollars and this company is a fraud. They have no contact number or address and no returns

      I have cancer and needed a nice wig. When it arrived, it looked NOT like the photo. It falls all over your face, the part is on the WRONG side, and has a white stitch that shows if you try to fix it. They never tell you, but the return address is in *****!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

      I ordered from the company on February 13,2023 and it was received on February 27,2023. The product is not as advertised it doesnt appear as it appears like a dead rat and cant be attached because I dont have enough hair to hold it with the ***** provided nobody explained that to me and the company is selling garbage for a lot of money

      Order was placed on the 6th of November 2022 and wig received on the 23rd of November. Wig was damaged. Clips loose and hair line was coming away. Contacted Rewigs on 23rd of November and sent photos following request from advisor. Some email communication back and forth however still no resolution. Last email from rewigs advisor offered partial compensation and suggested I find a company to fix the wig! Replied this was unacceptable and full refund should be processed. The wig cost ****** so this was not a cheap purchase.

      I ORDERED A WIG FROM THE COMPANY REWIGS.COM. I ORDERED IT ON 04/16/22. I RECEIVED IT THIS WEEK 05/08/22. IT IS THE WORST WIG I EVER GOT. THE LOOK AND COLOR IS HORRIBLE. WHEN YOU GO ON MYTHEIR WEB-SITE IT YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT AN EMAIL FORM. I SENT 3 BACK ASKING THEM FOR THEIR ADDRESS. I GOT NO ANSWER. ALSO, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A PHONE NUMBER. ALSO, ON THEIR PACKAGE WHICH WAS A DISGRACE IS A ADDRESS. IT SAYS DO NOT MAIL YOUR WIG BACK TO THAT ADDRESS ? IT LOOKS LIKE **********. (*************** FACILITY ).ON THEIR REVIEW CUSTOMERS SAID THEY ALSO ASKED FOR THEIR ADDRESS AND NEVER GOT AN ANSWER. IF I HAD READ THE REVIEWS I WOULD OF NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM.       I am a cancer patient, lost my hair to chemotherapy and ordered a wig on line. It looked good in pic and company let me believe it was in is. I paid $*** with PayPal, but I received the wig five weeks later, from China! And it was a rag, a dead animal, huge made for a big guys head, I am a small female. So I contacted them and since they were ride, I filed complaint with PayPal, and I shipped back, at my cost, the rag back to China. I send pictures, tracking numbers and all details to PayPal, nothing from them, in the meantime the item arrived in China on January 1st, and I declared $** the crooks request so he does not pay boarder fee, but he refused to pick up. Told me to wait for PayPal and I have emails saying they do not pick up from customs because they don’t want to pay. Today, PayPal closed my case and said I lost, because I did not provide valid proof. Really? I have tracking that it made it to the sellers customers, proof that they don’t want to pick it up, pictures, emails, etc. So I will add pay pal to bad business too! So I am $*** out and no hair. I think this should be stopped, and crooks from China punished. This business should be closed. Please help me. I am filing from an iPad, but if you need me to send emails and other proof, tracking numbers, pictures, let me know and I will from my laptop.
