    They do not confirm your order, or follow up with any mailing. It took nearly 3 weeks to receive the wig. The wig was not the size I ordered, the hair was falling out and there were no labels in the wig stating it was a **** ***** wig or a human hair wig. The hairdo in the advertisement was nothing like the style that arrived. A return form was completed and the email would not go through.

    I ordered a wig and when it came, the wig was NOTHING like the picture! The wig has an orange color and looks super cheap!! Like a Halloween custom quality!!

    Both my neice and I are battling cancer so I told her that I would order her a wig.?she chose this company so I ordered it. 3 day later, I ordered 2 for me. I follow up with them on the status of my niece order as there we no updates to their website tracking. They respond with a tracking number. Did receive her wig. She is happy. Follow up on my wigs as again their tracking website still shows order received. We went back and forth and they realized that that were 2 orders so They responded that all 3 wigs were shipped in the first shipment. I told them that was not the case and that said to take it up with fed ex. The package was not damaged and there was only the wig from the first order. I am out about $200 for the missing 2?wigs

    I had purchased from this company around May 2nd. I had double checked with them to ensure my timeline would work. **** told me they would expedite the order and have it to me on the 19th. Now they will not get it to me until the *****rd. I want my money back

    I paid ****** for a wig that is trash! It looks nothing like the picture on the site. It isn't the right color, it isn't cut right, it shows seams because it is thin! It would fit a 5 yr olds head the hair won't style. It's basically garbage! Also they refuse to refund me my money. They only want to give me 45% back! An if I mail it back they want me to pay for that on top of it all. Plus they want me to mail it to *****!!!! If I had known this c*** of a wig was coming from ***** I would never have ordered it! I am so ticked off??????

    I ordered two wigs that are over two hundred dollars and this company is a fraud. They have no contact number or address and no returns

    I have cancer and needed a nice wig. When it arrived, it looked NOT like the photo. It falls all over your face, the part is on the WRONG side, and has a white stitch that shows if you try to fix it. They never tell you, but the return address is in *****!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

    I ordered from the company on February 13,2023 and it was received on February 27,2023. The product is not as advertised it doesnt appear as it appears like a dead rat and cant be attached because I dont have enough hair to hold it with the ***** provided nobody explained that to me and the company is selling garbage for a lot of money

    Order was placed on the 6th of November 2022 and wig received on the 23rd of November. Wig was damaged. Clips loose and hair line was coming away. Contacted Rewigs on 23rd of November and sent photos following request from advisor. Some email communication back and forth however still no resolution. Last email from rewigs advisor offered partial compensation and suggested I find a company to fix the wig! Replied this was unacceptable and full refund should be processed. The wig cost ****** so this was not a cheap purchase.

    I ORDERED A WIG FROM THE COMPANY REWIGS.COM. I ORDERED IT ON 04/16/22. I RECEIVED IT THIS WEEK 05/08/22. IT IS THE WORST WIG I EVER GOT. THE LOOK AND COLOR IS HORRIBLE. WHEN YOU GO ON MYTHEIR WEB-SITE IT YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT AN EMAIL FORM. I SENT 3 BACK ASKING THEM FOR THEIR ADDRESS. I GOT NO ANSWER. ALSO, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A PHONE NUMBER. ALSO, ON THEIR PACKAGE WHICH WAS A DISGRACE IS A ADDRESS. IT SAYS DO NOT MAIL YOUR WIG BACK TO THAT ADDRESS ? IT LOOKS LIKE **********. (*************** FACILITY ).ON THEIR REVIEW CUSTOMERS SAID THEY ALSO ASKED FOR THEIR ADDRESS AND NEVER GOT AN ANSWER. IF I HAD READ THE REVIEWS I WOULD OF NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM.
