    Won't send final coin to complete my set. I've been asking and asking for my final coin. I get zero responses. I paid for the set years ago. President ****** has passed now, and I need that coin to complete my collection. I paid for the entire collection. Was never told in advance that I couldn't get coins for living Presidents. Now that he's deceased I want what I paid for. My final coin. Mr *******

    My experience with Franklin Mint has been outright terrible. I ordered an item that is in stock yet I cannot get the item shipped to my home for some mysterious reason. **************** has proven to be incredibly incompetent. Please do not waste your time and energy with Franklin Mint. They deserve to be out of business. Recap:Purchase: Occurred on 7/14/2022. Parts sitting in stock and available to ship. I was instructed that the item would take 5-7 business days to process and ***** business days to arrive. I sent out an email on 7/20/2022 with hopes that the item had been shipped out. I received a generic email stating that item will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Franklin Mint does not have a phone number on their website so I had to rely on emails. I sent out an email on 7/25/2022 to which I received the same exact response. I sent out an email on 7/29/2022 asking for a status update and once again received the same exact response. I sent an email on 8/4/2022 but this time requested a call back. I received a call back on 8/5/2022 from an outsourced customer service associate. After waiting on hold he guarenteed me that the item was sent to the shipping warehouse to expedite the process. I was told that the item would finally ship out in 2 business days. I sent a call on 8/12/2022 to the same customer service number and was told the same exact story. The associate told me that they would call me directly and of course that did not happen. I finally called one last time on 8/16/2022 and guess what? I was given the same story and that I should expect the item to ship out in 3-5 business days. I asked for a manager and the rep told me that there was none available. I asked to talk to the shipping warehouse and I was told that is for internal only. 33 days later and nothing. I finally asked for a refund and well see how that this is going to take. I was told to expect another 3-5 business days.
