I purchased a pre ordered book that it was supposed to mail on may 3rd. 2024, However ive gotten no tracking number, and no other information other than an order number. i sent out emails to the company trying to find out when my book was to be sent and nothing, i left a phone message because they dont have a live person at all and its just silence from this company.I guess you cant trust anyone this days. Ordered tour merchandise in June, didn't get shipped for over five months. Sweatshirt was definitely smaller than size ordered, though it was hard to tell since the label was badly printed directly onto the fabric. Others have bought for the same tour and have had their ordered canceled because of lack of stock. Absolutely horrible company, if a band uses them either try to buy direct at the venue or stay away for your own sanity.Review from Karen B

We ordered an ************************* robe about one month ago from this company and it was defective. We have tried on 3 to 4 occasions to find out how to exchange/return this with no luck cannot find phone mail for this company. It appears they only do business via email and website. This was a gift that I purchased for my husband who is an ************************* tribute artist and there is a belt loop missing from the item please assist.Musictoday II, LLC Response

Terrible company. They cannot even be bothered to notify me that my orders are getting delayed again and again. I placed this order, and was billed for it on 6/22/23. I've lost count of the number of times the ship date has been pushed out. Today,10/2/23, it was pushed out again by another week. they just keep bumping it another week. I placed four orders total, and all were postponed by at least a month. So far 3 have shipped. We will see if I get this last one by the end of the year. **** never spend money with this vendor again.Musictoday II, LLC Response

Ordered 6 items in June 23 Received update June ***************************** 2 to 6 weeks after processing my payment. Sent request for update Aug 11, recd response on Aug 17 stating order will ship Aug 22. Aug 29th sent another email requesting update as I had not received shipping confirmation. Recd response back on Sept 7 order will ship on 9/8. Sent another email for status update Sept 16, Sept 19 & Sept 20. Had to track down ph# and called Sept 20 to find out items still have not been manufactured yet. They refunded my shipping costs and sent a partial order out Sept 21. Still have no idea when I will receive the balance of order. It's 3 months since order was placed and payment processed by this company. Only good thing I can say was customer service rep was very patient with me and my frustration.Musictoday II, LLC Response

Ordered 2 items in June. They charged me immediately. Items got pushed back to August 30th. I spoke to someone in customer service and they said it will definitely be shipped then. Now, it has been been pushed back to Sept. 13th. One item has been listed in stock since July and posts the ship date, which changes every time I look it up. The other item still says "in progress." I wish they would be up front with me and just say that the other item (which is the one I really want) will never be in stock. They are basically stringing me along and it is maddening.Review from John G

Ordered Almost 4 months ago and now they are ignoring emails and have never bothered to even let me know what happened to my order. I think they need to be reported to the attorney general in that area which I intend to do. This is fraud.Review from Linda S

Placed 5 orders in June. Was charged immediately. I'm still waiting for my orders and it is almost September. The shipping dates keep moving out two weeks further. What else can I do? Bands need to stop using Music Today for merch sales. They are the worst. They are causing the bands losses in sales.Review from Mel v

This place is the slowest in the world to get your stuff. 2 separate orders on 5/15/23 and 7/1/23. It is 8/17/23 and my May order has just been pushed back AGAIN to the end of august. 3 months for a poster is ridiculous. if they can't handle the amount of orders for a massive band then they should have let someone else handle the merch. unacceptable. close your business.
