    No Accountability and terrible customer service. **** showed delivery but I don't have a package and no **** truck showed up on my camera. MT simply told me to call **** and no response since.

    ZERO STARS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I contacted **************** to return 2 orders that took well over 7 months to get. After 5 phone calls, many email (they send random emails asking "how are you doing") instead of handling my return. It was to the point I had to involve my local ************************** I was dared to by customer service **** I was short changed on my refund amount I again had to contact the *********** even they were snubbed.... Now I'm out $191.00. + $23.00 on shipping charges I had to pay to send back a 7 month late order. APOLOGIES, NO RESOLUTION OR ACCOUNTABILITY

    Worst customer service. No idea where the shipping address came from on my order as I only have one setup on my account. I emailed them to correct, and I received a generic email back telling me my order status. I called the support number and the agent initially said it would be no problem, but then came back and said it was too late that the order was already in progress. I asked if it had shipped already and he said no, but that he can't change the address once the status is in progress. I checked and the instant an order is submitted, the status is in progress. They told me I would have to contact the carrier and try to intercept the package. Over $100 gone and a Christmas gift lost. I will NEVER spend another dime on any site that uses musicnow and will tell as many as I can to avoid them like the plague. Never have I encountered such inept "support".

    I ordered a vinyl album that arrived and is pretty much unplayable. It skips constantly. I contacted MusicToday replying back to a follow-up email to my original order, How was your order of $&@? Album? I replied with my issue. They contacted me rather promptly and ask that I send them video of the issue. After numerous emails back and forth, the contact, Bryn, finally provided me with options of full refund or a replacement. My email back to Bryn was replacement as this title is rather difficult to find elsewhere. I even asked if there was an address where I could send the defective album as I was not looking for freebies. It has now been more than a month and I have not received a replacement, a refund, and now any emails to MusicToday receive no response. Stay away from this company, they send you garbage and then their customer service department ghosts you.

    This company sells DEFECTIVE clothing so it needs to be returned!! There are strange defects such as random lines across the screen print . This company wont even help customers who purchase the exact shirt elsewhere in good faith. Do not trust them.Dont trust the merchandise.

    Repeated attempts to exchange a tshirt. **************** repeatedly told me they would send return label never did. Last contact they sent me to a B2B site for vendors. Business I ordered from was ******** **** Website this company evidently handles selling her merchandise. Watch who manages selling your favorite artists merch. Even though they say the exchange or take returns they DO NOT.

    Pre ordered Deep Purple box set on May 15 2024, never received, sent many emails asking for resolution, still waiting today is August 23, 2024. They asked what I wanted to do, gave them all my info they requested and still nothing. I've been overly nice and patient, ***** there is no way to talk to a real person. As of today I'm out $105 with nothing but email after email asking where my purchase is. Unreal.

    I purchased a pre ordered book that it was supposed to mail on may 3rd. 2024, However ive gotten no tracking number, and no other information other than an order number. i sent out emails to the company trying to find out when my book was to be sent and nothing, i left a phone message because they dont have a live person at all and its just silence from this company.I guess you cant trust anyone this days. Sad!

    Ordered tour merchandise in June, didn't get shipped for over five months. Sweatshirt was definitely smaller than size ordered, though it was hard to tell since the label was badly printed directly onto the fabric. Others have bought for the same tour and have had their ordered canceled because of lack of stock. Absolutely horrible company, if a band uses them either try to buy direct at the venue or stay away for your own sanity.
