My problem was never fixed even thou business had a 100 day customer satisfaction guarantee. I worked with ******* at ************ in the complaint department. Visit was on October 31, 2023, November 8th, November 20th, December 5th, January 17, 2024, and February 1st to the best of my recollection. I paid $1,250.00 and the color was not right and the teeth were not made properly. I was left with a gap on the left side in the inside of my mouth. Dentist kept making same claims. Saying I just needed time to get used to the teeth, that's how they are made, even said that teeth were not supposed to touch. Tried grinding down here and there but end result of every appointment was the same. I informed dentist gap was still there and he repeated same quotes. I would leave having to call ******* back. Always told had to go back to same dentist even thou tension between us. ******* assured me the office was contacted and I was going to be made a new plate to correct the problem on February 1st. Dentist refused to make new plate. Called ******* again. ******* calls me again saying they had spoken to the dentist and he was now willing to make me a new plate and that the office would call me to set up the appointment. Office never called me. Called ******* again and left message and she never returned my call either. I was told the "dentist" was the one who got to decide whether or not I could get a refund. Waiting on return calls and time waiting between appointments. Tension between dentist and patient which could have been avoided. It went like this until the 100 days were up (hence they now not calling back.) Problem was reported and refused to fix the issue the whole time as should have been done under their 100 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If dentist is the one who gets to decide then I do not consider it "customer" satisfaction so their guarantee not only leaves that part out, it misleads the customers.

On 4/19/23 I had an appointment at Affordable Dentures & Implants in ********, Virginia. It was a consultation. I was inquiring about Implants, after hearing about the price, extensive procedure and they mentioned I needed clearance from my Primary Care Doctor for the implants. I decided to get upper dentures and partial at the bottom after a bridge was removed and 2 extractions. Next appointment was 5/9/23 for an impression for lower partial. My Care Credit Card was charged for $2,188.00. The only service I has that day was an impression. Next appointment was 5/24/23 for removal of lower bridge and extractions. After waiting for almost 45 minutes to be seen I was informed the Dentist could not proceed because I did not have the clearance form from my Primary Care Doctor. I said I was told a clearance form was needed if I was getting Implants. I asked to speak to the Dentist. The Dentist said a form should have been given to me with prior paperwork. I also informed the Dentist if the clearance form was needed and they saw it was not in my records why didn't they contact me prior to the appointment for the procedures. I told the Dentist I was not going to any further with any more appointments. The Dentist told me in front of office staff that I would be reimbursed for services not rendered they would have to contact the Corporate Office. I opened a claim for the disputed charges of $2,188.00 with Care Credit. Care Credit has now informed me that they closed the claim and I need to contact Affordable Dentures or their Corporate Office. I want to pay for services I received but not for Dentures, Partials or Extraction that was not done. I am looking for a billing adjustment. Care Credit said Affordable Dentures billing department needs to an adjustment.

On November 2, 2021 I made an appointment for consultation ******* **********, DMD, FICOI, FLVI Affordable Dentures & implants **** ********* ***** ********* ** ***** ************ ( 1 hour and 15 minutes away) -paid $5,410.00 -Our plan was on 11/11/21 I would get my impressions for my dentures. -On 11/23/21 I had 29 teeth removed. I received my temporary dentures which were too big (pushing my lips out). I was told my mouth was swollen and basically I need to get used to them. -for 6 months with multiple calls and visits for a refit I was being told that my temporary dentures were perfect and it was just me.(I could not even put them in because of the pain from sharp edges) 6/8/22- went in for permanent denture and back teeth didn’t touch. Had an overbite. Dr. & nurse told me I would have to get used to them. 6/22/22-Dr. Did another impression for a new set. 7/18/22-New dentures were still messed up. (Did another impression) 7/26/22-New dentures were still messed up sent them back 8/22/22-Received same dentures but we’re really messed up (Dr requested another set) 10/6/22-Mr ******* left practice so I seen a different dentist. New dentures were still off. (Bottoms were ok but didn’t not align with the uppers) sent back 10/19/22- A new dentist was there and seen the new set which he said it’s all wrong but kept the bottoms and sent out for new uppers. 11/16/22- Canceled appointment 12/22/22- A new dentist again. This would be the 4th Dentist I’ve seen and a year later still no dentures. Of course the dentures didn’t align and we’re still messed up. -I was then told the practice is closing down. My options were basically to deal with the messed up dentures or I can get a new impression and get a new set. But I would have to go to Affordable dentures ***** ******** **** ***** **** **** ************** ** *****. (2 hours away) 1/6/23- Called ************* and was told they have no records that they are still waiting. Also that I would have to pay for impressions

In 2019 I had dental work done at Affordable Dentures in ******** ** & purchased a full set of implants and dentures. Recently one of the upper implant abutments backed out of the socket & I noticed my upper dentures were cracked on the other side. I made an appointment to have both issues corrected. The dentures were "repaired" & abutment tightened. Within a couple of weeks the socket in the denture where the repair was made fell out of the denture when I removed it to rinse it & the implant abutment on the other side that was screwed back in was loose again. The current dentist at the practice has now told me more than once he will not honor the warranty and after a bunch of double speak agreed to have the upper repaired again but the socket that had fallen out & went down the drain would be replaced at my expense $425 or a replacement denture but would be downgraded to a lesser quality. I have the Signature Digital set now, I spent the extra money to have the "8 times stronger than normal" dentures to avoid such issues. I believe that the repair was done incorrectly & caused the socket to fall out. He also tightened the loose implant and says the O-ring that was just replaced in May at my regular maintenance visit needs to be replaced again, though he offered to do that without cost to me but I was angry at that point. I spent thousands of dollars on these implants that are advertised to be a permanent replacement for natural teeth, yet they have not lasted a full 3 years and the current dentist at this practice refuses to honor the 5 year warranty that is advertised in posters all over the office because he claims he doesn't offer that denture anymore. See the attached photo. I also attached basic info on Warranty & Guarantee.
