    My name is ***************************. I flew from Sharm El Sheikh (flight ****) to JFK, with a connection in Cairo (flight *****) on July 2, 2022 using ********. I filed a lost luggage claim at the airport on July 2, 2022 with Swissport. The lost luggage claim file number is **********. I have spent countless hours emailing and calling ******** and Swissport Baggage regarding my lost luggage and no one will respond. My luggage was checked under my travel companion's name, ****** ********. She also filed a claim for lost luggage (file number **********), however she has received her luggage. The luggage again was checked together so I'm not sure why I have not received mine. The luggage is a hard shell black suitcase made by the brand ****. There is a multi-colored scarf tied around the handle and a tag with my initials "***". I have included images of what the bag looks like and the luggage tag. I have been without my belongings for almost a month. I hope that you will promptly respond with the location of my luggage and when I can expect to receive it. The luggage should be shipped to me immediately. My address is *** *** ******** ****, Charlotte, NC *****. I am requesting that my luggage be shipped to me and be reimbursed that maximum amount of $1,780.00 for lost, delayed or damaged luggage, considering I have been without my belongings for a month. I had to purchase clothes, shoes, toiletries, etc. in order to replace the items in my luggage.
