I purchased my SUV from this horrible dealership in October of last year. **** is such a liar. He thinks everything is a joke. First I was having problems with my transmission, I was still under warranty. He kept ignoring my calls, then lying, because he didn't want to fix my truck. He gave me a fake title, and refuses to give me a new one. He's a scammer. I need my title. In addition to real car repairs that he was supposed to do.

My wife (*****************************) and I (*******************************) went to this car dealership (Auto Network Motor Group) that we saw on ******* because we wanted to trade our 2014 ****** ***** for a *****. Everything seemed to go fine, very fast, the guy who owns the dealership (says his name is Omar) said he'll give us $2k for our trade-in, and we accepted as it was a good deal since we only owed $1414 on it ($586 positive equity). When he did the numbers, I told him to make sure to put our trade-in in there, and he said he'll do it later. He ended up taking $2k off the ***** price instead of putting our trade-in in the paperwork. We wanted our loan for our ***** paid off, but he didn't put it that way. He put in the notes on the "We Owe" "customer owe dealer trade in title (VIN for *****)" without putting our trade-in in the numbers. ******* signed the paperwork thinking that he'll pay off our trade-in loan of $1414, plus giving us that $586 positive equity in the *****, but instead we have both the ***** and ***** loan in her name. He can't put that she owes him the title of the *****, putting it on the market, without first paying off the loan and getting the title. I asked him nicely to give us $2k for our ***** or just to pay off the ***** car loan, but he's refusing, saying we owe him $2k when her name is still on the loan for the *****. We talked to **** ******* Credit Union, and they were trying to combine both loans of $8500 and $1414, to give her a total loan of $9927.14 for both the ***** and *****, they don't know that the price of the ***** is supposed to be part of the positive equity of the $8500 that Omar had cashed. Proof attached His Real Name: Abid A **** He has his business registered at FAIRFAX COUNTY: **** ****** *** Springfield, VA ***** LOUDOUN COUNTY:***** ****** *** ***** Ste. *** Sterling, VA ***** Where he's actually doing business: ***** ***** **** **. #*** Sterling, VA ***** He's doing business at a different address than what he registered it with

I'm trying to add what we want but I been busy I guess it won't allow me too much time. If you can add we just want our old vehicle back and he can have his car back we purchased full refund and we can take our business somewhere else. Or he pay what he supposed to for the old car 2k.

I had purchased a used 2009 ****** ******* from from Auto Network Motor Group on 5/31/22. It has been 30 days and I have not received my title or permanent tag. The temporary car tag expires today. The sales rep, Jay sold me the car and was fired same day. The owner who goes by the name Omar is not responsive at all. I had send him multiple texts and left him multiple voicemails. After numerous calls, he finally picked up on Tuesday, 6/28. Omar said he was going to finally registered the car with the DMV on Wednesday, 6/29 and will drop off the extension tag same day. However, I didn't get the tag extension yesterday and he again is not responding. I would like at this point for them to either replace my bumper stated on the contract, registered with the DMV so I can get an extension on my temporary tag until the permanent tag and legitimate time comes; or provide me with ah full refund. The dealership also contractually have to replace the passenger side bumper that was missing. They said they were going to fix prior to purchasing the car. It was not done, I came back to get it replaced after they called me and when I got to the dealership, they said they accidentally threw it away. To this date, they have not replaced or offer a solution. This dealership has numerous reviews online of holding tags and tiles from others clients past the legal time frame when they are supposed to complete the purchasing process by registering the car with the DMV and provide clients with a permanent tag, and legitimate titles. I'm not sure at this point if these cars are not stolen. Looks like this is the same owner that owns Auto Network Motor Group on ***** ******** ****** **** # *** Chantilly, VA *****. They have two locations.
