2 starsTotally disappointed. We never got the final ?walkthrough and before and after pictures of the roof which I was told would be given to me. The folks broke one of my pathway stones and also the hammering caused problems in the master bathroom.We get promised a follow-up call but we never seem to get ****** is all talk and no work!Review fromAngela W

5 starsI have a very very good experience with Rose Roofing and Restoration The day of the job. The crews came in on time as they told and doing a very professional job. The project manager is on the site and sending me how the roof progress with pictures. The best is when the roof is done the crews clean up the area and make it look very clean you even can find a nail on drive way. Paul kindly walked me through the process of identifying roof damage and how Rose could do all the leg work of coordinating with my insurance company to replace my roof. 5 starsThe idea of replacing my roof was overwhelming at first but Rose Roofing took care of everything and made the entire process from start to finish easy and stress free. From the quote to the insurance claim to the install, they were professional, communicative and thorough. Any feelings of unease were completely dissolved by the time our claim was approved. The install took just over a day and that was mainly due to rain. Not only was the work fast and efficient, it was done methodically by a veteran crew. They kept my property clean and safe throughout their entire process too. Gwen, our project mananger, sent us updates throughout the day so we could monitor the progress of the project if we weren’t home. She made herself available throughout the day as well and answered my questions in a timely manner. She also helped me do a thorough inspection of the work after it was completed. On top of the great experience we had with Rose, our new roof looks amazing- it has completely refreshed the look of our house and we couldn’t be more pleased! I would recommend Rose to anyone who has roofing needs. They really are top of the class when it comes to customer service and workmanship.Review fromChrysta N

5 starsAdmittedly, I was skeptical about giving our roofing business to Rose Roofing because we were previously not approved by our insurance company for a roof replacement (but were still charged a claim AND had an increase in our premium, UGH!). Also, the company is fairly new. However, the reps at Rose assured me that a key differentiator of their company is that they retain public adjusters that advocate on behalf of the homeowner and work to ensure that we are covered for everything our damage warrants. And being a new company means they work harder than the next guy to wow their customers. Our experience with Rose was quick, fantastic and memorable. We couldn’t be happier with our roof and gutters. Installers arrived and finished on time, cleaned up perfectly, and did an amazing job. Highly recommended!!
