On March 31, 2022, I contacted Nick R************* about flooring America doing an install. I sent him a copy of the previous quote i had from another company. ***** sent me a new quote and left off the **** that was in the previous quote and called me stating he didn't know why the other company included it in their quote and stated i didn't need it. Then the contractor came out and started installing my floors, once he left, we walked on the floor and noticed the family room floor was lower than the kitchen and the hardwood from the family room to the kitchen had a bow in it. Come to find out, I needed the ****, now I am in a situation, either my floor is uneven or I have to get flooring America to fix their problem. I shouldn't have to pay extra for their employee's mistake, he is the subject matter expert. Since the sales rep was dishonest, it is costing me more money to do business with flooring America.
