My Mom hired USA Home Construction in the Spring of 2022 to do the roof of her house in Haymarket, Virginia 20169. Troy Penn is the Sales Manager and Nathan is the owner. Nathan sent out a large amount of unskilled Day Laborers to remove the old shingles. The laborers proceeded to take a hammer and smash a bedroom window. Mom had to fight with Troy and Nathan to replace the window because Nathan did not want to spend money to replace the window. Eventually, it was Troy who spent his own money to replace the window. When taking the shingles off, instead of putting the debris in the bin, the Day Laborers stuffed the debris in the vent flume which nearly caused the house to catch on fire. So, Mom had to fight with Nathan and Troy about that. Troy finally had them vacuum the debris out just to get Mom off his back. This company did not care they were creating a dangerous fire hazard and risking lives. USA Home Construction was prepaid to finish one piece on the roof and stain the roof with Nationwide Insurance money. It is now one year since USA Home Construction started the roof and they have still not finished it. There is one piece they have to fix and the roof has to be stained. USA Home Construction has over $4,000 of insurance money that Nathan has pocketed and is collecting interest on. Mom made certain she was locked into last year's price quote. My Mom has died and Nathan thinks he got easy insurance money to pocket without finishing the jobs. NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! I expect Nathan to have his qualified highly skilled employees out here on Monday May 1, 2023 at 8:00 AM to finish that one piece and then "Solano?" to start staining the roof on Monday May 1, 2023 each day starting at 8:00 AM until they are completely done, and I EXPECT THE JOBS TO BE DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME and within one week (or two if there is rain). They have been fully paid since the Summer of 2022, NOW COMPLETE THE JOBS YOU WERE PAID FOR!
