    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM!!!! I would give “zero” rating if I could. These people are running a scam business. They came for dryer vent and air duct cleaning. Their machine is not powerful to suck all the dust. Plus, the guy damaged my property. He and his manager promised to send a handy man to fix the damage. But it was a BIG FAT LIE!!! When I insisted for the damage to be fixed. They put flag on my phone number. It just keep giving busy signal. I called with my sister phone number. They immediately picked up and after explaining the issue. I was intentionally disconnected. Now neither my number nor my sister’s phone number goes through. It is unbelievable that this type of practices are allowed in the US. I can’t even find words to describe their unprofessionalism and shady business that they are running.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY DON’T FULFILL THEIR PROMISES. Nick came to clean my a/c duct and vent from Max Air Duct Cleaning. However, he clumsily broke my bathroom light while working on the A/C duct. He told me that a handy man would come to fix it. I was assured by several manager at the company as well. Now, every time I call, they put me on hold and disconnect my line repeatedly after hearing my request. No response to my emails EITHER.
