            On Friday May 5 2023, my home warranty company (**** Home Buyers Warranty) selected this business, Central Services and ********************************* to complete repairs/replacement on my property's water heater. He requested that I pay the service fee of $85 before going to the property, even though my service fee through **** is $65. He then requested $645 to be paid before ordering and picking up the water heater. It is now two days past install date and my home warranty company, myself, my tenant, and my property management company cannot get ahold of anyone with this company.

            The AC has been out since July 20th. Central Services have been here to tinker with it for about 15 minutes, the 22nd, 26th, and 27th with no fix. (Needs new part and approval is what I've been told). Different people each visit and no resolution. In addition service techs will show up on their schedule, not scheduled appt time. As of the 28th, I've called the service dept no less than 6 times. Each time I'm told "let me check and call you back in 5 minutes." Of course the response never comes. In the meantime, I've called the main office to plead with someone to do something about this and have heard nothing back. 3 missed workdays because they can't do it all on one visit. EIGHT days of dealing with extreme heat and humidity with absolutely no relief. Everything between the insurance and the landlord has been taken cared of. This delay is solely on Central Service. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HANGING AT THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME!!!!!
