      WaterWorks Irrigation Services of Fairfax, VA (a sole proprietorship doing business out of his home) broke off underground irrigation shut off handle in my underground irrigation well at the water main tie in in October of 2023. The cost of repair was $600, which I had another company repair. By numerous letters and voice mails I requested the owner to pay half, or $300. He refused to reply to any of my requests, even refusing registered, signed receipt mail. He also refused the services of the Commonwealth of Virginia’s AG Office’s Dispute Resolution Office to come to some kind of settlement with me. The owner has absolutely no customer skills whatsoever, preferring a total indifferent attitude when he comes to customer complaints. If ever there was a company that fit the cautionary warning to consumers -“Caveat Emptor” - it is WaterWorks Irrigation Services of Fairfax, VA.
