    My unit buys products from Custom Ink. Every single piece of clothing (shirt or sweater) that has been received from this company has either been printed at an angle on the front or back of the shirt or the logo on the back is so far down its not even centered. I get it you mass produce, but quality control and have some pride in what you're providing. If it was me in charge of the ordering of these products, you can bet I would be sending them back to this company and telling them to remake them properly.

    Idk what to do these ppl promised me a finished date which then I had promised friends and family their product based off of CustomInk “guaranteed” arrival I spent thousands they told me all they can do is credit me 100$ in store credit so I went ahead and ordered more to receive extra merch BOOM yet again same thing a delay it’s been over a month I’m now in $1500 with no product and ppl asking me for there refunds so I’m negative money and now no clients for the large orders i know they have started production so I won’t be able to get my money back please help I truly believe I should get the stuff for half off so I can push back on to the ppl that were interested in it last month

    I sent a few test tshirts over to Custom Ink. Each design on polar opposites of the political spectrum.If they agree with your politics they will print...if they do not agree with your politics they will refuse to print.There are so many better and cheaper places to get custom tshirts.

    I placed an order with this company on 5/5/24, and used their "guaranteed rush delivery" to make sure the shirts would make it on time for my group. The website claimed that the delivery was guaranteed to arrive by today, 5/13/24. As time went on, I became unsure that they would arrive on time, as when I checked their order tracker it stated that they were still printing. They had an information box, however, which stated "This part is usually pretty speedy. Don't worry if your printing day is only a day or two before your order is expected at your doorstep," so I trusted them and waited. This morning, I checked again, and they were still printing, so I reached out to the customer service team, who informed me that they had no tracking number and it would not arrive on time. I was able to cancel the order, but me and my group are sorely disappointed that they would have left us with hundreds of dollars spent and no product to show for it. Furthermore, it seems that many have complained about their company doing the same thing, and yet they still offer a "guaranteed" rush delivery that they cannot or will not fulfill. This is unacceptable, and has lost Customink my trust and the chance I would use their business again.

    Had an item in my cart (over $300) was just waiting on final approval on the design from our marketing team. Went to place the order today and saw a notice that said Updated prices took effect 12/21. I understand price increases, but the price went up over $50. Would've been nice if there was some previous alert in my cart (Order before the 21st to avoid our 15% increase) Made my decision to look for another company to order from easy.

    Ordered 7 t shirts at about $54 a piece which is crazy, but figured they would be worth it. Spent $450 delivered for 7 very light t shirts. I received the first order, and all of the shirts were extremely short, 2-3 inches shorter than what was described on their website, and custom ink agreed this was true. Never worn a shirt shaped like this, and I’m not picky at all. I received a replacement of Nike brand shirts after begging them to give me a different brand over many emails. These new batch of shirts have an EXTREMELY large collar, so much that it just looks ridiculous. It seems like they get the mess ups from the factories and sell them. After that it was like beating a dead horse, no use to complain. I am now out $450 and have shirts I cannot wear, my employees also agree they will not wear them because they are both shaped soo weird. Although customer service was kind of helpful, and the graphics looked good, their shirts are POOR quality and a total waste of money and time. Overall very disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone else.

    This is specifically about their GROUP ORDER FORMS. I believe their tshirt quality is fine. Their group order form promises to collect individual payments and shipping addresses —- for my group, they collected people’s payments, I got confirmations on each other, and everyone got their order in before the deadline. But CustomInk never delivered the shirts or refunded people! Through countless calls, emails, and a hidden dashboard, as the group organizer I had to learn that the group order was stuck in ‘items processing’ phase. I believe this is a major bug in their system and not a scam — but it functions as a scam until they fix it. Their call center customer service was very friendly, but they ultimately made the problem worse and I regret the many hours I needed to be on the phone with them.

    Terrible service disguised as friendly and helpful service. Have you ever had someone be so friendly but just lie to your face? That’s what happened to me except by phone. I had two orders for a total of three shirts. First order (two shirts) arrives and one shirt is missing. Call them, they will remake the order and refund my rush shipping. The second order (one shirt) should arrive the next day. Wrong! It didn’t even ship until the next day. I call again, they say they will remake the entire order and ship it to my location for an important event. It will arrive in time. I arrive at the location and track the package. It won’t arrive for another four days, after the event is over. If I had known they would continue to promise one thing but do another, I would have ordered my shirts locally. The staff blamed the printer more than once. At least take responsibility! I will never order from them again.

    This is the second major mistake they've made. On the current one, I am being avoided/ignored. Bottom line - wildly inconsistent. Made two orders with different designs and sizes needed. They swapped the sizes for each order. The best part is that they don't/won't admit they made a mistake. I have proof - a PDF with order details from my "dedicated" helper. But I can't reach him now. Ironically, no one is picking up the "always live person" line until 9:30pm EST. I've been trying for more than 30 minutes now. It upsets me more that they inferred the error was on my end. Now that I have proof of their mistake, I am being ignored. This is the second major screw up in about 6 months. There are hundreds of companies that make shirts - please look elsewhere. Read some other reviews that aren't 5stars and you'll see how they love to sweep mistakes under their customized rug. I want my money back (happy to return the shirts if they handle the shipping).

    My team used the website for fundraising. We received the tshirts we did NOT receive the funds raised. They say you will receive check 45 days later. I never received the check and after complaining multiple times they are reissuing another check that will also take 45 days.
