I placed an order over the phone on August 14, 2021. I paid the full price and gave my credit card number to the order taker. He took all kinds of information from me and said I would receive an email immediately to confirm the order. He gave me an order number. He gave me a customer service number to call also.and gave him my order number and told him the payment was pending on my credit card. He said he had no information in front of him and could not look up my order. I called him to cancel the original order I placed on August 14, 2021 and to replace the cd package with a different one. He said he could not do that because no one was in the back room today. He said I had to wait until Monday morning August 16, 2021. I called customer service at 9:00 am--got a girl working from home. She said she checked and at 7 am my package had shipped from warehouse in Ohio and I can't cancel or switch my order--a supervisor would call me. I called 4 more times and got music only!Business response

I ordered a cd collection the first week of July. I returned this set the last week of July for a refund. Usps tracking shows that the return was delivered well before the 30 days time frame was up. I received no confirmation or even acknowledgement of receipt of the return, so I contacted them on 2 separate occasions inquiring about having my return confirmed. I wanted to ensure that my card was not going to be charged anymore monthly installments. I received NO reply. Then, today, my card was CHARGED a 26.99 monthly installment for the set that was returned to them over a week ago. Now I face needing my return addressed, AND getting this installment refunded. I contacted them AGAIN a third time about this issue, on two separate sites that they manage, and have still received no response at all regarding this matter. Now I face having to lock my card down too recent future charges from them. I don’t know what else to do. I can’t keep paying for a set that I have returned to them.Business response
