Pond Roofing installed roofs at two of my houses. They were efficient in every waytimely meetings, thorough explanation of the method and materials, clean-up and follow-up. I highly recommended Pond Roofing.

*** from Pond Roofing was very responsive by coming to my home and walking my roof to clarify a problem area. He diagnosed the issue and provided a solution that kept me from having to replace my roof immediately. *** was so polite and well spoken, explained everything in detail, and provided a written report with estimate. I felt valued as a customer. The price was competitive and Pond Roofing stands behind their work. The office coordinated with me to schedule the work and the workmen were prompt, courteous, and did a good job. They cleaned up the work space when they had completed the job. Pond Roofing installed upgraded insulated vinyl siding for us in January 2025 and they did a wonderful job! The installers worked very hard on this project and we have received so many compliments from our ******************* about how good our new siding looks. I highly recommend Ponds Roofing. They did a great job installing our new roof. Everyone we encountered was friendly and very knowledgeable about our roofing needs, very careful with our property and did an excellent clean up job. They were customer focused and very organized and did a Great Job. It looks so wonderful. They said it would take 2 days and they finished in a day and half. A large tree fell on our roof, and from our first contact with the company, each team member has provided us with outstanding customer service. We had Pond Roofing replace the roof on our previous home about 7 years ago and we were pleased with the service then. Now with the roof and gutters repair and replacement on our current home, we are very certain that Pond Roofing is an outstanding company that takes pride in doing the best work to put our minds at ease that we have a safe and sound roof over our head. Our Representative, Shanti S****, clearly explained the estimated costs and what was covered in the repair and replacement. He was always available to address any questions. On the day of the work, the 8-man crew did a great job in finishing the complete two-story replacement in one day and cleaned up the work area even better than it was before. The Field Supervisor, Robert K***, visited the site twice and checked in with my wife and I to see if we had any questions or concerns with the work being done that day. Replacing an entire roof is a huge investment, but we feel we have invested in a good product and service from Pond Roofing that extends the life and value of our home.Pond Roofing Co Inc
