This site used to be somewhat dependable.It always had cheesy format but it was dependable. Years later, I joined (early sept 2022). Teachers and parents can pay for printable worksheets. They used to come with answer keys, too. Now there are no answer keys, so why bother. I asked for a refund before the end of my 30 days. I paid but there was NO place to get a refund. There is no contact number, and any route to try goes nowhere. It says they sent an email, but it was returned back to them. It is not possible because I have an .*** address that has a separate email reception for both "focused" and "other". You get all of it. There is no possibility of getting it sent back to them. They asked for a 2nd email, but then it states that it is not one they have an account for. I can deal with one loss, but am very concerned that it will be recharged each year! Reviews of this all say the same story. Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out which card I used, but I look further. It does say I have an active accou9nt on the pic I uploaded, so they must have charged it. No matter which card I enter the last 4 digits for, it gets me told it doesn't match what they have. It makes me start all over when it rejects each card I try.They asked for a 2nd email, but then it states that it is not one they have an account for.Business response
