    Hello,I made an online purchase of $39.98 to use the website EdHelper. As a teacher, this website was supposed to be used for work purposes. When I originally signed up, I used my personal email ********************** Then realized I need to change it to my work email *********************** After I changed my email immediately after purchasing a one year license to use the website, I was no longer able to access the website. EdHelper does not have a phone number to be reached at. I also sent them various messages about my situation but they have not replied because on their message board it states I can't not leave a message about log in issues. I tried resetting the password but the email does not go through. I no longer receive any emails about logging in or my password being rest. I also never received an email confirmation when I completed my purchase. I've been trying to resolve this problem for two weeks and don't know what else to do. I'm worried since I can not log in I wont be able to stop this recurring payment and I will be charge again in a year. This is not right, and I truly need your help in resolving this issue, if not I will need to change my credit card and lose the money.

    This site used to be somewhat dependable.It always had cheesy format but it was dependable. Years later, I joined (early sept 2022). Teachers and parents can pay for printable worksheets. They used to come with answer keys, too. Now there are no answer keys, so why bother. I asked for a refund before the end of my 30 days. I paid but there was NO place to get a refund. There is no contact number, and any route to try goes nowhere. It says they sent an email, but it was returned back to them. It is not possible because I have an .*** address that has a separate email reception for both "focused" and "other". You get all of it. There is no possibility of getting it sent back to them. They asked for a 2nd email, but then it states that it is not one they have an account for. I can deal with one loss, but am very concerned that it will be recharged each year! Reviews of this all say the same story. Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out which card I used, but I look further. It does say I have an active accou9nt on the pic I uploaded, so they must have charged it. No matter which card I enter the last 4 digits for, it gets me told it doesn't match what they have. It makes me start all over when it rejects each card I try.They asked for a 2nd email, but then it states that it is not one they have an account for.
