The beginning of July 2021 I had purchased a used 2019 Ford ****** from Koons in Falls Church Va. Its now October 11th 2021 today and I still don't have my tags. I have to keep requesting to have temp tags mailed to me. During the 4 months I have reached out numerous times to get this resolved with the dealership. Two months into having the car I was told the paper work hadn't even been sent to the dmv in my state to get my permanent tags. This should have been done the day I purchased the car. I was also told that my car was a loaner for this dealership. I keep calling and get sent to voicemails and no return calls from messages I left. I want a real answer from someone from the dealership and I want proof that they have sent paperwork to WV dmv.Initial Complaint

On August 27, 2021, I purchased an auto part on Ford's official parts website (*****.****.com) and had it delivered to Koons Ford of Falls Church parts department. The order number is *************. The part is a center cap for an alloy wheel. The cost was $32.20. After ordering the part, I determined that I no longer needed it. When the part arrived at Koons Ford parts department, I visited in person and have made 3 phone calls asking that the part be returned and that I get a refund. I have never taken delivery of the part. *****.****.com tells me the part can only be returned by Koons Ford. Although all the parts personnel at Koons Ford parts department have been pleasant, they keep telling me only the parts manager knows how to process the refund, and they will call me when the refund has been processed. But, they never call me, and the refund has not been processed.
