I drove an hour away to the dealership on May 17, 2024 and bought a 2015 **** Escape that day. I was told nothing was wrong with it, which I found out was a lie on June 1st when I noticed a coolant leak. It was driveable but I was refilling the reservoir tank once a week. ***** consistently said it was not leaking, even after I provided several pictures and a video of orange fluid leaking from my car. To which he replied, "That is A/C." Good thing I'm not an idiot. I'll get back to this in a moment. June 14 I text to retrieve my license plates because the temporary tags expire June 17, 2024. When I bought the car I was told after I made my first payment on June 16, I would receive them. July has arrived, still no plates, and haven't had a single response to any texts I have sent. My dad informs me I can go to DMV to get them since ***** keeps stringing me along and isn't giving them to me, for NO reason mind you. I pay my bill on time. I tell him I will go to DMV. He finally replies on July 14 and says, "I got your tags just call me tomorrow noon I will send over night for you. You don't need to go to DMV." Meanwhile the car is leaking so much coolant by now that I am afraid to even drive it, so I bring it to Midas on July 15. I ended up dishing out $500 after going back and forth with ***** because he wanted me to bring it to Falmouth for them to fix, and wasn't covered by warranty. I didn't trust him at all. He denied it having a leak to begin with! I go to DMV on July 22. Never overnighted the license plates, even after I called and gave him my address. Found out ***** has not even registered my car yet! I've been in constant contact with *********** and they've helped me endlessly with this situation and have documented everything thus far. I have been texting and calling *****, of course he doesn't answer, or when he does it's just b/s. I call *********** 08/16 to update, still no plates. I call ***** 08/17 and he's blocked me! Now I'm onto the *************

I regret to report that I have encountered issues regarding the purchase of a silver ****** Prius with VIN# ***************** from Nobel Motors LLC. Despite paying the full purchase amount of $6919.34, I have not received the permanent tags and title for the vehicle. Despite numerous inquiries, I have been given various excuses and have not received a satisfactory resolution. This situation is causing inconvenience and concern, and I am seeking a prompt and appropriate resolution to this matter.

These people are scammers.I'm working with a lawyer, and we are looking for others who have also gone through the same issues. Also, several news outlets want to run this story but at need at least 2 more people. We purchased a vehicle on 1/12/2024, a buyer's order was completed and signed. An autodraft/ agreement was also signed by the dealership indicating that they would send required documents to our bank, within 48 hours including the autodraft, purchase agreement, tags, and title. The dealer failed to send all required documents to the bank and did not file our title and registration paperwork with the **** The dealer had issued a first and second set of temp registration and temp tags which are now both expired. The dealer has also tried at least twice to take possession of the vehicle by claiming he needed to get a gross vehicle weight and then once coming to our personal residence uninvited/ trespassing and demanding to see the vehicle (stated he was going to service the vehicle and put new front tires on it) and threatening our rate would go up if he didn't see the van that day. Our bank reached out to him on 3/15/2024 and he assured them he would file the required documents by 3/22/2024. A week later, he had not filed, so we called the Stafford County ********** office. He told them he would get the title and provide it to us by the end of the week 3/29/2024. It is now 3/30/2024 and we still do not have the title and we cannot drive the car because the registration and tags are expired. The dealer board contacted him, and he did not reply to their request for information regarding our vehicle purchase and title issue. It has also come to light that the car he sold us was on consignment, from his partner, who was selling it for his business partners. It was never disclosed in advance that this vehicle was a consignment vehicle. In fact, he told us he owned the vehicle, and the title was free and clear. We inquired about a consignment contract, he stated he did not have one. Code Violations so far: 46.2-1544 (criminal misdemeanor), 46.2-1531, 46.2-1542 (B). Please help us get the title to the vehicle we purchased which has been paid in full to the dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from this business yesterday. Before driving 2 hrs to the business I was told the vehicle is in good condition. Upon arriving I was told that the vehicle needed an airbag module but that was the ONLY thing that stopped it from passing Virginia state inspection. We agreed to a lower price and I purchased. After getting on the road (after the business closed) the power steering went out. I reached out and finally received a response from the owner to take the vehicle for repair and he would pay the cost. Fast forward to today. We locked the vehicle when we got home last night, went out to get it to a shop for a repair and the key that was provided does NOT unlock the door. I again reached out, the owner was no help so I had no choice but to call a locksmith. I had to pay out of my pocket for them to open the door. Now, we finally get the vehicle to the repair shop and there are so many problems that will cause this vehicle to fail inspection. And I also want to mention, there isnt an inspection sticker or rejection which is illegal and I didnt know this until the mechanic told me.

My son purchased a 2013 Cadillac CTS coupe from Nobel Motors. He put a downpayment of ******* on this car and financed the rest through ******************. He was issued a 30 day temporary tag and as the time approached for it to expire we had yet to receive anything regarding the title paperwork to be able to obtain permanent tags. We have been calling the dealership, texting *****, leaving voicemails and have been ignored. My son finally got a text after threatening to come to the dealership he told him that the titlework had been done and to please give it a couple days it is just delayed due to the holiday. I have reached out to the bank and they stated if they dont do the title paperwork shortly they will be doing a buy back. He finally answered a call that came from my husbands phone that he didnt recognize. He first stated the title work had been done and when I told him that I had spoken to the *** and that nothing has been done on this title since 2022. He stated that the person who does his title work hasnt done what he should be doing he was driving to the location for the title and would be overnighting the title, the paperwork and a money order for me to take everything to the ***. I asked him to please send me photographs and a tracking number that evening which he agreed to do. When I advised him that I was going to be contacting the dealer board he begged me not to do so as he is about to lose his business. He has 9 other people that he is trying to "make things right". I cant keep giving this man more time because at this point everything he says is a complete lie and we either need our money back so my son can purchase another car or the title work completed. We also were told by ************* that the status of the warranty is pending because the dealer has yet to complete the paperwork and complete the funding on it. Please help!

I purchased a car from Noble Motors (located at **************************************************************************************) (Store number: ************) (personal cell: ************) from ****** ******************* on 9-27-2023 and I paid in full on the same day but up until today the dealer did not give me my tags, title and registration for the car. Every day I call him and ************ the owner of the dealer says its coming tomorrow but he keeps extending the date of delivery for tags, title and registration. It has been over 2 months and I have been to his workplace over 20 times because he tells me the things are ready but they never are. Also I noticed other people at the workplace having similar issues yelling at the owner for failure to deliver their purchased items. He just keeps playing with me and acting like its not a big problem while giving me excuses everyday. I found three other customers suffering for the same reason. Please help me to solve my issue and take appropriate action against him. ************ has been fraudulent towards customers. Also, He took almost a month to deliver my car. I had to call police on him to forcefully get my car delivered and now I am suffering to get my tag, title and registration. Please take actions against this business and ************ himself since multiple people are suffering from his scandals. I also attached the purchase documentation for reference, please use it to determine any more needed information.

Now theyre 2 months expired and I keep getting the run around by this company. DMV saying its not even in their records and that its an out of state title and that I would need to contact department of motor board to file a complaint. Ive done that just waiting to hear back from them. I need help with this matter.
