I purchased (well took a loan through affirm and make payments directly to ecombabes). I will admit i was fooled and probably still am by the courses they offer. I have not experienced some of what the other ladies have experienced, but now after doing my research I can see how this is a scam. Everyone at eCom Babes sure no how to pray on the weak. They had me at hello, and I knew if I said no, they would push me till I said yes, so instead of fighting - because i really don't like confrontation I said yes. I made myself believe that I could do this, even though I knew something was not right. I went in started the courses - there was some great insight on personal growth that I did not know about it got me pumped, but then when I had questions it was like no one wanted to answer them with a better explanation than just a run of the mill response or just telling me to go back to the resources. $5000 is not worth this program and I was severely taken advantage of. The call *** I was on with was super nice, I basically have her my entire life story and how I have a special needs daughter and all the stuff I have had to fo through with her, and she literally used that as a means to buy. Think about your daughter... I am an impulse spender and this didn't help me financially- I did really try, and put forth the effort. Now I have decided to do something else, I am not asking for a refund from previous months but just moving forward cancel and stop the payments moving Forward as I pay $190 to ecom babes directly and $160 to affirm monthly. $350 a month that's a lot of money, especially when you are not even using the program.Customer Answer

I am sending this email in response to the case that was created. I clicked on the link and did the exit form, same day. I have not heard anything back. I want to be very clear I am not requesting for a refund. I am requesting that they stop charging me for future payments I have affirm for half of the payments and then through them for the other half so I don't actually know what my balance is I just know my payments are coming due and I don't want added interest on something I am not using.
Thanks for your help,

Hi *********!
Thank you so much for taking the time to fill out the Exit survey. I just wanted to let you know that I have taken care of canceling all future charges and revoking your access to the course and ******** community. While we are sad to see you go, we completely understand your decision.
Just a friendly reminder that if you ever change your mind and decide to rejoin us, we would be more than happy to welcome you back with open arms! Wishing you all the best!

I am filing a complaint against **** Babes for misleading business practices, deceptive pricing, and breach of contract regarding their online course. Their no refund policy is void due to their own contractual violations, deceptive sales tactics, and failure to honor verbal and written agreements.Key Issues:Breach of Contract They falsely claimed I could have two months before making payments, only to later retract this, admitting they didnt check my account before offering the extension. Deceptive Pricing They sell the same exact program at two drastically different prices ($1,900 vs. $3,800), misleading consumers about its value.Predatory Sales Tactics Their sales **** misrepresent refund policies and benefits to pressure people into purchasing.Failure to Deliver a Fair Product The program offers no unique content that cannot be found for free, making the pricing fraudulent.Despite multiple requests to resolve this amicably, they refuse to take responsibility and have ignored all efforts to reach a fair resolution.Initial Complaint

I received a call from **** Babes, an online business course led by ********, who assured me that enrollment was low-risk and that I could get a refund if needed. Based on this, I paid $542.86 for the course.Due to medical and personal circumstances, I was unable to start. When I contacted Ecom Babes just weeks later, I explained my situation and provided full documentation to request a refund. Instead, they assured me multiple times that my course access would be held indefinitely at no risk and that I could take it when I was ready. However, by the time I reached out for my refund, I discovered that my banks dispute window had passed, and Ecom Babes refused to refund me, despite their prior promises. Their false assurances and intentional delays prevented me from taking action earlier. After multiple follow-ups, their responses remained dismissive and unhelpful, as seen in my attached emails and chats. I have since discovered that many others have faced the same issuebeing misled into paying for a course they never received access to or were denied refunds for. This appears to be a deliberate scheme where Ecom Babes:Misleads customers with false refund assurances.Delays responses until chargeback windows close.Refuses refunds, even when the service was never used.Desired Outcome:I am requesting a full refund of $542.86 as I never accessed or used the course, and Ecom Babes failed to honor their stated policy. Additionally, I request that this fraudulent business practice be investigated, as they should not be allowed to:Mislead consumers about refund policies.Deny refunds for unused services.Use deceptive tactics to prevent chargebacks.I hope this report helps prevent others from being scammed in the same way, and I expect a prompt resolution of my refund request.Initial Complaint

i have contacted **** babes quite a few times to cancel a membership for ********* classes. Several employees just kept asking for reasons why but still did not unsubscribe me from the services. I realistically viewed two videos at most on their website and they claim this costs 900 dollars. They only reached a settlement after telling me i was forced to pay the 900 in less than 3 months, and claimed that i was behind on paying it even though i was in the process of disputing the Amont due to there being fraud.Initial Complaint

I purchased eCom babes program on a recorded phone call right after my father passed away around the end of May and everything sounded great regarding the program however I asked if this program can be done on the phone only and I was told yes everything for this program can be done on the cell phone which is absolutely not true. I contacted their customer service and emailed back and forth with ******. She said it can be done and would not help with a refund so I tried again to set up shopify account, dropshipping and coordinating with DNS and it is not possible to follow the program and set up the accounts from a cell phone and I feel i was mislead on this sales call. A new version of the course was released and it even states on the new version a laptop and wifi is required for this course. I want the money I have paid into the course and the remaining balance to be $0 with Affirm. They sold with misleading promises.Initial Complaint

I spoke with a representative over the phone. They make everything seem like its all going to be free then at the end they say pay this amount and we will do all these great things for you they give you a log in on a website and invite you to a *************** At first I just wanted to cancel and be refunded talk to my husband then get the okay to go ahead with it, but seeing as if no one would say anything to me after asking to be refunded I then realized its just a scam. A few short hours afterwards I texted and emailed I needed to cancel this because it just didnt seem legit. Its basically a script the representative uses to take your money but when you look at what they give you its nothing that should cost almost $2k. I was promised communication at all times and ever since I have texted and emailed I havent heard back from anyone at all. I stopped receiving emails from the company and no one will respond back to me. They claim they are for women supporting women but its all to get money in their pockets. Please refund my money.Customer Answer

The date of the transaction is October 20th, 2023. I was charged $3800.00 and an additional ******* in interest to sign up for an elementary and basic digital course, I was told there was support and that enrollees were making their investment back in a short period of time. After I joined the ************ charge, the average person is making about ZERO $0.00 - $28.00 / month. The Course is extremely basic and provides almost no real support. Once your money is received the person who enrolls you disappears. I feel that the quality of the course is not commensurate with the cost. Also, I was placed into a financing option, that I was told was zero interest. which ended up having $******* in flat fees, meaning that even if I paid off the financing on the first day this fee would be applied. another misrepresentation amongst many. I was given no options of a right of rescission, even though this is the law in my ***********.I have requested a refund with no reply. I expressed in all initial consultations that I was not in a position to invest this amount financially, & asked for complete transparency in the return on investment. I feel very taken advantage of. I feel the business model is to sell the program, rather than to provide a quality service and product. The business model preys on women and the mindset that they are in support of women, is a marketing scheme, hidden behind a predatory approach towards a target audience that is in a desperate situation, ** Single moms making minimum wage, promised the elusive riches gained by joining this program. ** this is literally shameful, I dont know how you sleep at night.Business Response

On May 1st 2023, I signed up for the EcomBabes program. I was told the cost would be $****.00. I was reluctant and said I would try to save up the money 1st. I was then told over the phone by a representative of the company that I could apply for financing. I did so and was approved for a monthly charge of ******. I found out later that their is a 31% interest rate, I also found that to use the program I'm required to subscribe to multiple other services such as godaddy, shopify and that the addition service costs are not included in the **** charge. I have requested to cancel multiple times. I was brought to tears on two occasions trying to cancel over the phone by a representative that insisted I should not be a quitter and that I said I wanted to do this for my children and I don't want to let them down.Customer Answer
