    I had a recurring monthly charge. I reached out to this company on their website in September 2023 to let them know I wanted the service discontinued because I was moving out of state, but did not get a response in writing. On 10/2, I was charged the fee. I reached out to the number listed on the bank statement several times and spoke to the owner who promised me that he would refund. The first time, October 13th he said he wasnt at the office, but he would go to the business and immediately take care of it. This did not happen. I waited and called back once again.on October 23. He said he couldnt do it right then for some reason. I want a refund. I did not use the services and gave notice.

    we terminated it cut off her wash pass her membership is terminated - I dont have her cc info I dont know what else to do

    I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Any business should be able to research payments on an account, especially one that is recurring and refund the money. This makes absolutely no sense. I did not get service in October 2023 because I had moved out of state. The owner needs to figure out how to refund that money. The owner could also write a check out for the amount.  It isn't a super complicated issue.
