I was charged for repairs that resulted in faulty pipes that they had installed incorrectly. When they came to fix it, the repair person stated that it had been installed wrong. When he presented me with a bill, I told him I should not be responsible as they installed a new pressure pump incorrectly. Now Im getting calls insisting that I owe the bill. Basically they do not back the work, the lady in the office was very condescending, and when I got upset, directed the conversation to me being upset. Of course I was upset. I pay my bills! In this case, I was forced to pay something I feel 100%, I did not owe.And when I asked to talk to the owner, I was told he has nothing to do with it?????

We've been with this company for 6 or 7 years and the customer service gets worse each year. This week I was called by the office about an overdue bill - a bill which I've never received. The office worker on the phone was rude and kept acting as though she didn't care nor didn't believe that I had not been receiving her invoices. She demanded payment of an amount I had no knowledge of. I asked to speak with her manager which I did. We've asked every year that someone call us well before they come out so we can be home when they perform our service. We get a call the day before with no notice and of course cannot be home on a day's notice. They have always refused to give us any notice when someone is coming out so that we can be home. The service is terrible but they're about the only game in town which is frustrating.

I called for months of Jun and July because of flooding in front yard and side of house. I left several messages on your voicemail. No one responded and water bill was very high because of the system. I had to call another company.

I was scheduled for winterization on Friday, 11 Nov 22. My appointment was between 8 am to 12 pm. No one showed up and I did not get a call regarding my appointment. I called the office speaking with ***** and a technician. They tried to convince me that the technician came to my house and saw my system was already winterized. I asked why the technician did not ring my doorbell to inform me if that was the case. It got to the point that they thought I would not know that my system was not serviced. They finally realized that they went to the wrong house! They were not apologetic about wasting my day waiting on them at all. The technician was in the background being very **** and not courteous at all. I was very disappointed and will no longer use their service. Aquatic to the rescue! They came out on time; followed up to confirm the appointment and was very courteous. Learn from your errors Commonwealth so you don't continue to lose customers!

**** came out today to look at the leak. The first thing he said was "There was no leak". I told him there was a leak at the backflow valve. I feel like he thinks I'm dumb and don't know anything. He went to the valve and turned it on and saw the leak. A few minutes later, he rang my doorbell to tell me he fixed the problem but took me to the water meter to show me there was no leak from the meter changing. After he left, I went to the valve that was leaking and saw he had it turned off and left the valve that was not leaking on ( this is how I was able to see there was no leak on the water meter, he deceived me ). I turned the valve on and sure enough, it was still leaking but worse than the original time.He said, " Someone must not like you because they loosened the pipes". I told him that's not true because I have a camera facing it and the footage is being monitored. Long story short, the problem still exists. I cannot trust **** and he lied about fixing the issue. These are unethical practices in business. **** has made sarcastic remarks when he comes to my home. He states things like " I hope it really is a high flow." And when I told him it was a leak " He said "good." This leak has been the cause of all the high flow alerts I have been getting since I had the irrigation system. Each time **** came to my house for these high flow alarms, he never checked that valve that was leaking. He just let the system relearn itself. Because I knew **** was not going to fix the issue today, I called another company in advance and scheduled a repair in a couple weeks. What good is a warranty when nothing is being repaired? Because **** lied about correcting the issue, I will no longer use this company.
