    A cancellation for a product called EcoPro was requested on May 9, 2023 to the finance director, *********************************** went to another position, so the request was then given to ******************* who no longer works for Campers Inn. We have been talking to ********************* who is a service person because they no longer have a person in the finance department at that location. She informed us that neither **** nor *** filed for the refund request. On November 3, 2023 I emailed *** proof that the loan had been paid so the refund check would be sent directly to us and not the bank. Her response was that she would get it going for me. We have yet to receive a refund and I know she is doing everything she can, but she is getting the run around from the corporate office. The amount of the refund is $1,499.00. We paid the company $34,000 for a camper. We cancelled the ecopro after researching the product and decided it was not worth the cost.

    --09/10/2022 --new trailer --$80721.20 --we want our money back $20,000 plus all the payment i am going to be making. or a brand new camper. not something they are fixing --ember said, "They was going to get the camper back to ******** --Camper world is supposed to fixe the floor,--We did not see the problems when we first looked at the camper, it seems like they gave us a totally different camper. My husband does flood damage and he would have seen the black in the floor where it starting to mold.they trim is coming off the inside of the camper.-I am going to send you the picture.--I have more information to come ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2022WENT TO CAMPERS RVA AND FOUND A CAMPER WE WANTED SEPTEMBER 14, WENT TO PICK THE TRAILER UP IN ************* **. GOT ABOUT 10 MILLES UP THE **** AND THE JEEPTHAT WAS PULLING THE CAMPPER BROKE DOWN WE CALLED CAMPERS RV AND THEY SAID, THEY WOULD SEND SOMEBODY TO TAKE THE CAMPER BACK TO THE *** OFFICE.WE WAITED 2 HOURS AND FINALLY HAD TO CAL RV UP AGAIN TO ASK AGAIN, THEY HAD NOT SENT ANYBODY OUT THE DID ARRIVE 2 HOURS LATTER THE FOLLOWING WEEK MY HUSBAND WENT AND PICKED UP THE CAMPER AND TOOK CAMPER TO HIS DAD IN ***** **. TO SET IT UP FOR THE WINTER HE STARTED LOOKING UNDER THE CAMPER AND SEEN RUST, ITEMS THAT FALLEN DOWN. WE WENT INSIDE AND SEEN THE **** AND TRIM.WE TOOK IT BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK. WE DO NOT HEAR FROM RV OR EMBER UNLESS WE CALL.PICTURES BELOW, I HAVE PICTURES 1, 2 AND 18.I CANNOT GET THEM UPLOAD.I ALSO HAVE WTHE DAYS THEY TALKED TO ME AND WHAT THEY SAID.I CANNOT GET MY PRINTER TO SCAN THE PAPERS.

    Vehicle was purchased 9/14/22.  Customer emailed regarding some warranty issues that needed to be addressed around 9/27.  Unit was dropped off at Service on 10/1.  Unit was worked into the schedule on 10/10 (at that time the schedule was 4-6 weeks out) for warranty inspection.  Per manufacturer agreement process the issues need to be inspected, written up, photos taken and then submitted for warranty authorization.  Over the next 9 days, there was much contact between service and the manufacturers.  The manufacturer of the frame and of the actual unit itself were both in agreement that the best thing was to get the unit back to the point of origin for chassis and floor rework.  **************** center at Ember agreed to pick up the unit, bring it back to the factory and have the work done there by chassis and vehicle manufacturers.  The vehicle should be ready for transport back to VA but are awaiting response from the company.  Last report from Ember was the vehicle should be back in their possession from the chassis plant and ready for them to do the flooring on 12/16.  As soon as they respond they will make arrangements to transport the unit back to VA.  The turn around time for this type of work has been very good considering the average time the warranty process takes normally.  We do feel for the customer although the issues can happen at times and are not out of the ordinary which is why there is a one year warranty on the product.

    I do not believe I sent all of the pictures when I first started this request with BBB.

    Screws are coming out of the camper, rusted, and water damage, broken parts.

    This is a new camper, brand new, not used, not borrowed, new.

    Nothing new should look like this.

     

    These are not just warranty items. These are very serious items that are wrong with this camper

    AGAIN THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A NEW CAMPER. IT SHOULD NOT HAVE ALL OF THE PROBLEMS IT HAS. I HAVE SENT MORE PICTURES. WHEN YOU BUY A NEW CAR, YOU DO NOT EXPECT WHEN YOU GET HOME TO HAVE ALL THE **** AND DAMAGE TO A VEHICLE. HUSBAND AND MYSELF LOOKED AT THIS VEHICLE WHEN WE FIRST BOUGHT IT. IT DID NOT HAVE ALL OF THIS DAMAGE. THIS CAMPER LOOKS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE WE  LOOKED AT.

    Service and the Manufacturer have been in steady contact.  They are waiting on a few critical parts that are expected soon to finish the work.  They expect to be able to ship the unit back to VA on or around January 20th.  Service and customer have been in contact.  Customer has reached out to the manufacturer but they were informed to have no further communication with customer.
